With the improvement of people's living standard,people have higher requirements on the quality of agricultural products.The traditional extensive farming has been increasingly unable to meet the requirements,because organic,green,anti-season and no pollution has gradually become a trend of development.Therefore,it is an important way to change the extensive planting to fine planting to meet the times requirements.In this paper of the greenhouse intelligent control system,MITSUBISHI PLC as the controller,the MCGS touch screen and the computer with MCGSE configuration software as the upper monitor.It can realize remote control and field control.This article mainly from the following several aspects of the content:(1)Collect the literature about greenhouse control,and make a brief introduction and sum up the significance of the greenhouse control.The research status of greenhouse control at home and abroad is described,and the development trend and main control methods of greenhouse control are introduced.(2)The control factors and control requirements of the greenhouse environment are analyzed,and the action of the implementing agencies to change the greenhouse factors is introduced.According to the requirements of the environment control and the action requirement of the actuator,the paper makes a comparative analysis of various control schemes.Finally,we use PLC to build the control system and design the control system framework.(3)According to the practical application of the control system,and the use of the external control contact and the analog quantity,select the appropriate control module and actuator,including PLC basic unit,I/O expansion module,analog input and output modules,communication expansion board,the Internet transfer unit,inverter,sensors and pump,etc.(4)The software and their usage methods are introduced,including PLC programming software GxWorks2,inverter parameter settings and monitoring software FR-Configurator SW3,touch screen programming software MCGSE,circuit diagram and control cabinet design software EPLAN and network communication setting software.(5)The control system debugging platform is built,and the logic of the control system is tested and the communication effect of remote control is verified.
