| Intelligent greenhouse control system can improve the environmental conditions so that crops can grow in the best environmental conditions,so as to achieve the regulation of crop production period,and promote its growth and development,reduce the occurrence of pests and diseases,and thus greatly improve the quality and yield of crops.Therefore,it is very important to research and design an intelligent greenhouse control system with high efficiency and low cost,which is suitable for China’s national conditions.In this paper,firstly,the characteristics of greenhouse environment are studied,and the environmental factors affecting crop growth in greenhouse are analyzed.According to the effects of each factor on crop growth,the mathematical model of greenhouse control system is established.Through the research and analysis of the temperature,humidity in the greenhouse environment and the executing agencies,the influence of external factors on the temperature and humidity in the greenhouse and the extent of the influence of the executing agencies on the temperature and humidity in the greenhouse are summarized.Then,the control system based on fuzzy neural network designed in this paper is simulated.The simulation results show that the fuzzy neural network method proposed in this paper can overcome the shortcomings of conventional PID control and fuzzy control,such as overshoot and poor control stability.It has the advantages of fast reasoning speed,good dynamic and static performance.It can better meet the production needs and has good feasibility.Finally,on the basis of summarizing the research status of greenhouse at home and abroad,and analyzing the control demand of planting demonstration base,this paper determines the overall design scheme and framework structure of greenhouse intelligent control system,completes the functional refinement of each part,and designs the distributed structure of the system structure which is controlled by a single host computer and multiple subordinate computers.The communication mode of data acquisition part is ZigBee wireless communication.According to the characteristics of greenhouse system(non-linearity,large lag,strong coupling),combined with the knowledge expression ability of fuzzy control and the self-learning and self-adaptive ability of neural network,this paper applies fuzzy control technology,neural network technology and computer technology to the design and research of greenhouse control system,designs an intelligent greenhouse control system,and realizes the humidity in Greenhouse of vegetable greenhouse.Data acquisition,data processing,monitoring and operation of temperature,CO2 concentration and illumination intensity. |
