With the deepening of sichuan’s efforts to build a ‘modern world garden city’,relevant units have increased research and investment in greenhouses.Greenhouses have gradually become the representatives of intelligent agriculture.This paper aims at the design and research of the monitoring and control system of the greenhouse based on Programmable Logic Controller(PLC).High precision digital temperature,humidity and illumination sensors are used as measuring equipment to measure environmental factors including temperature,humidity and illumination intensity.Real-time temperature,humidity and illumination data are transmitted to PLC through A/D module.By PLC,the relevant setting ranges of data are compared,and corresponding judgments are made automatically.The corresponding environmental control equipment is started and shut down,and the intelligent greenhouse is controlled automatically.The greenhouse ring can also be controlled by the corresponding switches in the greenhouse.Manual control of environmental factors.The PID algorithm is used to control the greenhouse target temperature,and the PID control of the greenhouse target temperature in the temperature range is realized,at the same time,the human-computer interaction interface is designed by using MCGS configuration software,which has good configuration monitoring interface,simple operation,stable and reliable work,strong practicability,can achieve real-time monitoring,control and data analysis of greenhouse environmental parameters,and solve the shortcomings of low efficiency and labor intensity of manual detection and control.
