Today’s pig industry is affected by farming methods,feeding methods and unreasonable variety improvement.All kinds of pigs are under stress for a long time,which is characterized by low immunity and even immunosuppression,and reproductive disorders are constantly on the farm.Occurs,causing serious damage to the farm.This experiment uses a combination of Chinese and Western medicines to combine the three traditional Chinese medicine compounds with tilmicosin to improve the immune function and production performance of sows and piglets.In this experiment,choose 160 sows.20 heads per group,They are control group,tilmicosin group,Chinese medicine compound group I,compound I+ tilmicosin group(referred to as Fang I+ tilmicosin group),compound group Ⅱ,compound Ⅱ+ tilmicosin group(referred to as Fang Ⅱ+ tilmicosin group),compound group Ⅲ,compound Ⅲ+ tilmicosin group(referred to as Fang Ⅲ+ tilmicosin group),.From 31 d to 40 d of pregnancy,61 d to 70 d of pregnancy,91 d to 100 d of pregnancy,once every day,both Chinese medicine and western medicine are fed at 5g each time.Experimental research found: 1)The lactation aspect of the sow: The lactation strength of the Fang I + Tilmicosin group was significantly higher than that of the c compound Fang I group and the Tilmicosin group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the increase of the Fang Ⅱ + Tilmicosin group and Fang Ⅲ + Tilmicosin group was extremely significant(P<0.01).2)Sow colostrum composition: The milk protein content of Fang I + Tilmicosin group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The milk protein content of the Fang Ⅱ + Tilmicosin group was significantly higher than that of the Tilmicosin group and the control group(P<0.05).The level of milk protein and non-fat milk solids in Fang Ⅲ + Tilmicosin group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).3)IgG content in colostrum: The Fang I + Tilmicosin group,the Fang Ⅱ + Tilmicosin group and the Fang Ⅲ + Tilmicosin group were significantly improved compared with the control group(P<0.05).IgA content: The Fang I + Tilmicosin group was significantly higher than that of the Tilmicosin group and the control group(P<0.05).The Fang Ⅱ + Tilmicosin group was significantly increased compared with the tilmicosin group and the control group(P<0.01).IgM content: The side I+ group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05);The Fang I + Tilmicosin group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05);The increase of the Fang Ⅱ + Tilmicosin group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.01).4)Production performance of sows and piglets: The Fang I + Tilmicosin group significantly increased the number of live pigs,and the birth weight,weaning weight and average daily weight gain of the piglets were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.01).The weight of the litter and the weight of the weaned litter of the Fang Ⅱ + Tilmicosin group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.01),and the average daily weight gain of the litter was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The birth weight,weaning weight and average daily weight gain of the piglets in the Fang Ⅲ + Tilmicosin group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).5)Sow’s body condition score: The physical status of the Fang I + Tilmicosin group and the Fang Ⅲ + Tilmicosin group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).6)piglet skin score and diarrhea index: The fur condition of the piglets produced by the Fang I + Tilmicosin group and the Fang Ⅱ + Tilmicosin group sows was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.01),and the diarrhea rate of the piglets was significantly reduced(P<0.05).The 14 d fur score of the piglets in the Fang Ⅲ + Tilmicosin group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),while the 20 d fur condition was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.01),and the diarrhea was significantly reduced compared with the control group(P < 0.01).7)Sow serum antibody levels: After the Chinese and Western combination drugs are used in the feeding test,the sows are immunized with normal procedures.turn out,there were significant or extremely significant increases in the antibody levels of Pcv2,Prrsv,Csfv,and PRV gB in the sow’s serum of the Fang I + Tilmicosin group,the Fang Ⅱ + Tilmicosin group,and Fang Ⅲ + Tilmicosin group.The results showed that the combination of Chinese and Western medicine can significantly improve the sow milk and immune level,and improve the performance of sows and piglets,which are better than traditional Chinese medicine or western medicine. |
