Research On The Implementation Effect Of Rural Household Biogas Projict Inziyang City

Recycling waste from human and animal life,exploiting and utilizing biogas,and promoting the construction and comprehensive utilization of rural biogas are important measures to solve rural energy problems,protect the ecological environment,improve rural health,increase agricultural production,raise farmers 'income,and increase rural greening.Since 2002,Ziyang City has vigorously promoted the development of rural biogas in the city and has successively carried out projects for rural household biogas at the central and provincial levels.However,the implementation of household biogas in rural areas has not been specially evaluated for many years.The implementation effect of the rural household biogas project in Ziyang City is not yet clear,and it is very necessary to conduct relevant research.Firstly,through literature investigation,in-depth interviews and field visits,the author combed out the domestic household biogas project implemented in China since 2003,and mastered the research and development status of the rural household biogas project in Ziyang city.This paper synthesizes project implementation requirements,expert opinions and previous research results,selects evaluation indicators and constructs an evaluation index system on the effectiveness of household biogas projects in rural areas,and calculates the corresponding weights of indicators in the indicator system through the analytic hierarchy process.Based on AHP,an evaluation model for the implementation of rural household biogas project is obtained.Finally,on the basis of the evaluation model,the author collected the scores of the users of biogas by means of questionnaire,evaluated the effect of the implementation of the rural biogas project in Ziyang City,and concluded that the implementation effect of the rural biogas project in Ziyang City is in the middle of the evaluation value.The conclusion is "ideal" and some suggestions are put forward to promote the better development of household biogas project in Ziyang city.This article mainly starts the research of the implementation effect of rural household biogas project from six parts: The first part is the introduction.It mainly introduces the background and significance of the thesis,the main contents and methods of the research,and the possible innovation points.Secondly,the present situation of domestic and foreign research on the implementation effect of household biogas projects in rural areas is described.The second part mainly introduces the basic situation of household biogas project in Ziyang city.Through the interviews with the relevant personnel of the rural energy construction management department in Ziyang area and collecting the data of the construction of the household biogas project in the rural areas in Ziyang area over the years,the basic situation and the existing problems of the household biogas project in the rural areas of Ziyang City are summarized.The third part is the establishment of the rural household biogas project implementation effectiveness evaluation index,the evaluation index system includes three primary indicators,eight secondary indicators,30 tertiary indicators.The fourth part is to determine the weight of the indicators and evaluate the effectiveness of implementation,and to analyze the results;The fifth part,mainly to optimize the urban household biogas project implementation effect.The sixth part is the conclusion,mainly summarizes the full text,and analyzes the achievements and shortcomings of this research.The innovation point of this paper is to establish a comprehensive evaluation index system for the implementation of household methane in rural areas,and to construct the evaluation index for the implementation effect of household methane projects in rural areas from three aspects: project management,benefit of biogas projects,and post service of biogas.From the perspective of the whole,more systematic and comprehensive evaluation of the implementation of rural household biogas projects;Second,combining literature survey,expert interview method,questionnaire method,analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,using qualitative and quantitative research methods,can more accurately and scientifically evaluate the implementation of rural household biogas projects.It also makes the conclusion more persuasive.
