Mink is a precious fur-bearing animal and reproductive performance,growth performance and skin quality determine its economic value due to use of its fur as economic animal fur.Aleutian disease is a common disease in mink farming.Mink Infected Aleutian mink disease usually has a small body,low reproductive rate and poor skin quality.This disease has seriously affected the development of mink in China.Follical stimulate hormone(FSH),growth hormone receptor(GHR),and epidermal growth factor(EGF)are hot genes in vertebrate.They are regulation of reproduction,growth performance,and fur performance.The detection and expression analysis of FSH,GHR and EGF genes SNPs in Aleutian mink and healthy mink were provided for reference selection and breeding of genetic angles.It also for further study on the functions of three gene-related families of mink EGF,GHR and FSH and the follow-up study on the genetic diversity ? pathogenic mechanism of Aleutian mink.The present study analyzed the production performance of different mink and then carried out PCR amplification and sequencing technology and real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR technology to detect the exons of FSH,GHR and EGF genes in healthy mink and Aleutian mink.FSH,GHR and EGF genes were used for polymorphism detection expression analysis at different developmental tissues.Get the following conclusions:1.Analysis of the production performance data of the mink during the peeling period,the healthy mink are longer than the Aleutian mink and have a large body weight(0.01<P<0.05).The length of needle and villi of the healthy mink are shorter than that of Aleutian mink(P>0.05).2.All exon of EGF,GHR and FSH gene sequences of two populations of mink were amplified and polymorphic variation sites of 3,6,and 0 nucleotides were found.The above mutation sites on the diseased mink of Aleutian maybe affect its production performance.3.The expression level of EGF gene in liver and spleen was low,which was significantly different from normal mink.Aleutian mink were found in lung,skin and leg muscle expression is low.The difference is extremely significant with healthy mink.The relative expression of GHR gene in liver and spleen was high.The expression of different tissues in healthy mink was higher than that in Aleutian mink,that the expression of this gene was different in different mink.
