In this study,small-tailed Han sheep were used as research objects to study the growth performance, blood biochemical indicators, apparent digestibility of nutrients, and carcass quality of fattening sheep by feeding experiments, digestion tests and slaughter tests. The impact provides a theoretical basis for the sheep's house feeding and fattening.Twelve weaned small-tailed Han sheep, which had good health and were similar in age and weight(three months old,20.98±2.06 kg),were randomly divided into three groups, namely group A,group B and group C.The three groups were fed a total mixed ration of equal proportions of nitrogen, fat and sugar.Group A was fed a total mixed ration with lower levels of fat and lower levels of sugar,Group B was fed a total mixed ration with moderate levels of fat and medium-level sugar, and Group C was fed a total mixed ration with lower levels of fat and higher levels of sugar. The feeding test was carried out for 90 days,in which the pre-feeding period was 10 days, the formal period was 80 days, the 0th,20 th,40th,60 th,and 80 th were weighed and blood was collected, the digestion test was carried out at 77-79 d,and the slaughter test was carried out on the 80 th day.The test results show:1.Test 1: Effect of total mixed ration with different energy structures on growth performance of fattening sheep: During the whole experimental period, the average daily feed intake was significantly higher in group A than in group B and group C,and the difference between groups was not significant(P>0.05);the average daily weight gain group C was the highest, group B was the second, group A.The lowest, the difference was not significant(P>0.05);the weight-to-weight ratio was the highest in group A,the second in group B,and the lowest in group C,and the difference was not significant in each group(P>0.05).2.Test 2: Effects of total mixed ration with different energy structures on blood biochemical parameters of fattening sheep: On the 20 th day of experiment, the TP content in group A was significantly higher than that in group B(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the other groups(P>0.05).On the 40 th day,the ALB content in group A was significantly higher than that in group B and C.At the end of the experiment, the A group was significantly higher than the B group(P<0.01),and the ALB content in other stages was not significantly different(P>0.05).On the 20 th day,the BUN content in the A group was significantly higher than that in the group(P<0.05).Group C(P<0.05),the 80 th day of the experiment, the A group was significantly higher than the B group and the C group(P<0.01);the GLU content of the A group,B group and C group increased, and the difference between the groups was not Significant(P > 0.05);the TG content of group A was significantly higher than that of group B(P <0.01),the 20 th day of the experiment, the group A was significantly higher than the group B(P<0.05),the experiment was 60 d,group A The level of CHO in group A was significantly higher than that in group B(P<0.05).3.Test 3: Effects of total mixed ration with different energy structures on the apparent digestibility of nutrients in fattening sheep: At the end of the experiment, the apparent digestibility of dry matter in group A was significantly lower than that in group B and C(P<0.05);the apparent digestibility of ash was significantly lower in group A than in group C(P<0.05);apparent digestibility of fat A The group was significantly higher than the C group(P<0.05);the apparent digestibility of NDF was significantly lower in group A than in group C(P<0.05);apparent digestibility of protein, apparent digestibility of ADF and apparent digestibility of starch The difference was not significant(P>0.05).4.Test 4 :Effects of total mixed ration with different energy structures on the quality of fattening sheep: At the end of the experiment, all the tested sheep were slaughtered.Group A could significantly improve the live weight, carcass value, slaughter rate and internal organ quality of the fattening sheep, but the difference was not significant(P>0.05).Group A can significantly improve the quality of the stomach and the proportion of rumen and valve stomach before live weight(P<0.05).The meat color A value of the test group A was significantly higher than that of the B group and the C group(P<0.01),the B color value of the meat color was significantly higher than that of the C group(P<0.05),and the A group could significantly increase the brightness value of the fattening sheep muscle. The difference between cooked meat rate and shear force was not significant(P>0.05).
