| The natural mating cage culture mode can meet the conditions of the enrichment cage culture mode and the breeding level of the chickens is significantly increased by the natural mating of the parental laying hens.At present,the application of the natural mating cage model in China is still in its infancy.To achieve breakthroughs in this model,it is necessary to carry out poultry behavior research on this model.Behavioral research requires accurate identification of behavior and accurate recording of behavior on the medium in real-time for subsequent statistical analysis.Traditional manual monitoring methods are labor intensive,inefficient and prone to harm individual chickens.In view of the validity and complexity of various behavioral tests,the individual trajectory distribution pattern of caged chickens can be used as an important characterization of the daily behavior patterns of breeders.The movement track of the breeder in the cage environment is relatively messy,and is greatly affected by factors such as time and location.Therefore,in this paper,the Ultra High Frequency Radio Frequency Identification(UHF RFID)is used to measure the individual position of the breeder in the natural mating cage based on the virtual reference label and the weighted environmental factor power-distance method.The combination of probabilistic semantics and segmentation clustering method is used to track the trajectory of chickens and dynamically reflect the health status of breeders.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)An information acquisition system for determining the position of the breeder was constructed.The system includes two UHF RFID readers,five antennas,eight electronic reference tags,a camera,computer and information acquisition and storage software.The developed information collection and processing software can realize the functions of parameter setting,real-time monitoring,synchronous acquisition and synchronous data storage of individual tag signals.(2)A power-distance UHF RFID ranging method based on virtual reference labels and weighted environmental factors is proposed.Firstly,the labels are sorted by grades,each label is sorted by time,the weighted environmental factors in each time stamp are obtained using the reference labels,and each read-to-tag signal antenna is corrected using a polynomial fitting method.secondly,the power-distance method based on the virtual reference label is used to calculate the distance between the individual tags and the antenna.Finally,the maximum likelihood position of the tag individual is obtained by the exhaustive method.The calculation results show that the average label positioning error before the chickens are fed is about 30 mm,and the positioning error of the labels after the chickens are raised is also about 30 mm.(3)Real-time tracking of individual trajectories of multiple breeders in this cage based on UHF RFID technology is realized.Using the combination of time position,probability semantics and segmentation clustering,the individual trajectories of each chicken in the cage were tracked.the individual interest points,average daily feeding time and daily activity of the chickens were analyzed.Through the comparison of daily activity,the health problems of the chickens were found.The observations showed that the individual activity of the sick chickens suddenly decreased dramatically. |
