| With the progress of industrialization and the development of the society,making human social labor division scope gradually expanded,now a lot of agricultural products need after multiple and complex process of reprocessing(production,processing,transportation,retail)can reach the hands of consumers.Tracking and tracing system of agricultural products is the quality assurance system of agricultural products,it is in the process of production and supply of agricultural products and the whole process of product information to complete the storage and recording.The system for ensuring the safety of agricultural products is of great significance,if there is a problem of agricultural products,the system can timely discovery and can take measures,the query is production,processing,transportation and supply process which is part of the problem,to solve the problem realtime solving measures for implementation,and finally to improve the level of the quality of the product to give consumers bring quality assurance.Since the 80 s of last century,people have experienced many times of agricultural products(food)quality event,gradually aware of the agricultural product tracking and traceability system on the importance of the tracking control of the quality and safety of agricultural products,many governments and enterprises to the application of this system to the agricultural control when the system is in.This paper introduces the tracking system of agricultural products based on the technology of distributed system.The RFID data acquisition system and enterprise resource planning(ERP,storage management system(WMS)combined with application to the enterprise all aspects of logistics and the information of the products of the production,processing,transportation,storage and other aspects of the adoption of RFID technology to collect and record in the database,so as to achieve the accuracy of tracking the source of agricultural products,agricultural products,transportation,and ensure the safety of agricultural products.Tracking and tracing system of agricultural products is a very important part of enterprise application support software,which can be realized with the connection between the reader and the software.In addition,the system is also able to and enterprise application software such as customer relationship management,enterprise resource planning and other mutual connection.The main task of this system is to collect,group,filter,and so on,which will be used to transfer the large amount of data from the reader to the application system.In addition,the system also joined the semantic interpretation of event data,making the system function more perfect.From the point of view of the structure of this paper.In this paper,we first introduce the distributed system RFID technology to build the agricultural product tracking the key technologies involved in the system,and then described in detail the system architecture framework,the server end data processing module and the system hardware and software design principles,functional test of the product development.Finally on product tracking the running process of the system were presented. |
