Tremella fuciformis is a nourishing treasure,but also a delicious food that contains carbohydrates,protein,vitamins and a variety of amino acids,etc.,called "the crown of ",.In this study,the two major strains of Tr01 and Tr21 were compared and analyzed in terms of the level of mRNA,the indexes of physiological and biochemical and nutrient composition.The purpose of this study was to explore the differences between the two strains,to select the new varieties and also provides a scientific basis of quality control.The main results were as follows: 1.Analysis of physiological and biochemical indexes and agronomic traits of the two strainsThe physiological and biochemical indexes and enzyme activities of the two strains were studied.The change rule showed that the physiological and biochemical indexes and enzyme activities of the two strains were basically the same,and the difference between the two was only reflected in the nutrient content and enzyme activity in the bacteria in different periods.There is a significant difference in agronomic traits between the two.The fruiting body of the Tr21 is more round and whiter than the Tr01,but the yield is also higher.However,except for the water content,there is no so much difference between the content of crude protein and crude fiber,but some difference of the content of some mineral is found.The production yield of Tr21 is significantly higher than that of the Tr01.2.Analysis and comparison of different components of different productsThe content of nutrients and mineral elements of the four types of dried products including Tr21 and Tr01,and the two fresh products were analyzed.The results showed there are certain differences in nutrients and mineral elements of the products.Among them,YFTF ash content is 3.43%,protein content is 0.91%,total amino acid content is 19.6 g/kg,crude fiber content is 2.5%,and the content of each mineral element is better than WFTF,indicating that the quality of YFTF variety is obviously better than WFTF variety.The four kinds of dried products have the lowest WTF ash content of 4.4% and the lowest total amino acid content of 50.6 g/kg,but rich in mineral elements such as iron,zinc and calcium.The total amino acid content of NSDTF is relatively high,reaching 69.6 g/kg.However,iron and calcium content are low,and other nutrients are not much different;UTF ash content is high,8.2%,iron,manganese,copper,calcium and other mineral content and total amino acid content are lower than other dried white products,and the UTF shows no obvious advantages in the measured nutrients.3.Analysis of transcriptome differences of the fruiting bodies of the two strainsThe 2826 differential genes between the fruiting bodies of Tr01 and Tr21(W1TFYb vs Y1TFYb)were analyzed.According to log2foldchange>8,14 functional genes were screened out from 56 differential genes,including 4 up-regulated genes and 10 down-regulated genes.Comparing the selected five differential genes with the verification results,it was found that the trend of up-regulation or down-regulation of the differentially expressed genes was consistent,but the genetic differences confirmed were not particularly significant,and compared with the given gene “log2Flod change”.This may be related to the stage of growth and development of the fruiting body and the growing environment.
