In this paper,five cultivation methods were selected: soil cultivation,aerosol culture,bagged substrate cultivation,substrate cultivation,and sand culture.Each cultivation method was selected from different distances of 15 cm,12.5cm and 10 cm,and the growth index(plant height,Stem coarseness,degree of development,number of leaves),fresh weight,dry weight,yield,chlorophyll,growth quality(vitamin C,soluble sugar,protein),proportion of insect pests,and production value were analyzed to explore different cultivation methods and different cultivation methods.The effect of spacing on the growth of dairy cabbage provides guidance for future agricultural production.The main findings of this paper are as follows:(1)a.The effects of different cultivation methods on plant height,stem diameter,development degree,fresh weight and dry weight of Chinese cabbage were extremely significant(P<0.01),and the plant height and stem diameter of substrate cultured milk cabbage were the highest.The growth of Chinese cabbage was the highest,and the fresh weight and dry weight of the cultivated milk cabbage were the highest.The effect of different cultivation methods on the number of leaves of Chinese cabbage was not significant(P>0.05).12 or so.b.The effects of different cultivation methods on the growth quality and chlorophyll content of milk cabbage were significant(P<0.01).The content of vitamin C,water-soluble sugar and chlorophyll in the cabbage cultured in the bagged substrate was the highest,and the protein content in the soil cultured milk cabbage was the highest.c.When the pesticide is not sprinkled,the soil cultivation of the cabbage is almost entirely affected by the pest,and the aerosol culture of the cabbage is almost unaffected by the pest.d.The yield of milk cultured milk is the highest,reaching 29.30kg/m2,which is 2~3 times of other cultivation methods.The cost of the cultivation method of aerosol culture is nearly 20 times that of other cultivation methods,but its output value is about 10 times that of other cultivation methods.The income of aerosol culture is also significantly higher than other cultivation methods,and its income is 3~ of other cultivation methods.5 times.The comprehensive evaluation analysis shows that the comprehensive evaluation index of aerosol culture and substrate cultivation is high,which is a recommended cultivation method.(2)a.For the same cultivation method,although the growth indexes(plant height,stem diameter,number of leaves,development degree)of different spacings of milk cabbage and the fresh weight and dry weight of the milk white menu are different,different spacing pairs The growth index of milk cabbage and the effects of fresh weight and dry weight were not significant(P>0.05).b.Under the conditions of soil cultivation and aerosol culture,the effects of three kinds of spacing on the vitamin C content of milk cabbage were not significant(P>0.05),while the corresponding spacing was 10 cm,10cm under bagged substrate cultivation,substrate cultivation and sand culture.At 15 cm,the content of vitamin C in milk cabbage was the highest,and the effect of different spacing on the content of vitamin C in milk cabbage was significant(P<0.05).Under the condition of soil cultivation and bagged substrate cultivation,the water-soluble sugar content of milk cabbage was different at different intervals.The effect was not significant(P>0.05),while in the case of aerosol culture,substrate cultivation and sand culture,when the corresponding spacing was 12.5cm,12.5cm and 12.5cm,the water-soluble sugar content of milk cabbage was the highest,and the gap was significant(P<0.05);under different cultivation methods,the effect of different spacing on the protein content of milk cabbage was not significant(P>0.05);when the substrate was cultivated,when the spacing of milk cabbage was 15 cm,the content of chlorophyll in milk cabbage was the highest,and the spacing was the same.The effect of chlorophyll content on milk cabbage was significant(P<0.05),and the other four cultivation methods had no significant effect on the chlorophyll content of dairy cabbage(P>0.05).c.For each cultivation method,the yield of milk cabbage increased significantly with the decrease of the spacing.For the bagged substrate cultivation,substrate cultivation,and Shapei milk cabbage,the spacing of the cabbage had a significant effect on the proportion of pests in the cabbage..In the case of various cultivation methods,the effect of the spacing on the growth of milk cabbage has no uniform or even no effect.It is recommended to use a 10 cm spacing to ensure the quality of the milk cabbage while increasing the yield.
