The rapid development of greenhouse agriculture and greenhouses in China has solved the problem of shortage of vegetables in winter in northern China.However,the continuous high-intensity and high-intensity production method caused continuous cropping obstacles in the soil The model can improve the soil ecological environment and promote the growth of crops and increase the yield;the use of wide-row double-row planting ensures the tomato planting density and will also promote the increase of tomato yield.However,at present,the popularity of supporting mechanization in sheds is not high.Fuel-powered machinery has exhaust gas and waste oil pollution.The artificial ridge operation has large labor and low efficiency.Therefore,it is necessary to design a Clean energy small-scale rotary tiller machine,this article mainly does the following aspects of research:(1)Through investigating the agronomic requirements of tomato ridge planting in the greenhouse and combining with the design standards of agricultural machinery,an integrated rotary ridge farming integrated working machine was designed.The working machine is mainly composed of three parts:crawler chassis,rotary tiller and ridger working parts,and hydraulic and control system.The three operations of rotary tiller,ridger and film coating can be completed in one operation.The working machine uses batteries as energy and does not affect the shed.The room environment causes pollution and the working noise is low.(2)By referring to the literature and combining the characteristics of the operating environment of the shed,the crawler chassis walking mechanism is selected,and the crawler parameters are designed and calculated.,Maximum obstacle angle and obstacle height,using the finite element software Hypermesh and ANSYS Workbench joint simulation,static analysis and modal analysis of the frame to ensure that the frame has sufficient strength and stiffness,can meet the design requirements,and does not It will generate resonance phenomenon with internal excitation and external excitation to ensure that the working machine can complete the work stably and safely when working.(3)According to the characteristics of the soil in the shed,select the rotary tiller blades and arrange the rotary tiller blade groups reasonably,calculate the parameters of the rotary tillage components,and estimate the power consumption of the rotary tillage components.The discrete element method is used to optimize the design of the ridge forming components,the EDEM software is used to establish a virtual soil soil model,and the distribution of soil particles at different speeds of the rotary tilling components is analyzed,based on which the ridge forming components and the rotary tiller The parameters such as the distance between the roller shaft and the speed of the earth-returning rotating plate are optimized,and the working parts after the parameter optimization are simulated again to verify the operation effect.(4)According to the characteristics of the working parts walking transition and working state,combined with the traditional three-point suspension design requirements.design a hydraulic suspension device.Using hydraulic cylinders instead of upper tie rods saves time and effort and makes adjustments easy.It analyzes the working conditions and working conditions of working parts,calculates the force of lifting hydraulic cylinders and pitching hydraulic cylinders,and calculates the cylinder diameter and other parameters of hydraulic cylinders.The design of the hydraulic system of the working machine,combined with the calculation results of the power consumption of the rotary tilling components,the calculation of the parameters of the hydraulic motor and hydraulic pump have laid the foundation for the subsequent prototype manufacturing.Design the working machine control system,explain its composition and control principle,and design the PLC ladder diagram program.
