Investigation And Countermeasure Of Comprehensive Utilization Of Straw In Guanghan

Crop straw is an important biomass resource that can be exploited and utilized.Its complex utilization is of great significance for stabilizing the agricultural ecological balance,increasing farmers’ production and income,and alleviating energy and environmental pressure.This paper discusses the complex utilization of straw in Guanghan City through questionnaire survey,field investigation and binary logistic regression analysis.The results of the study are as follows:(1)The complex utilization of straw in Guanghan City has achieved remarkable results.Through continuous summary and improvement,Guanghan City has gradually established the “three major systems” in banning burning straw and its complex utilization: The first is to establish a sound organizational system.The second is to establish a scientific industrial system.The third is to establish an active policy system.(2)The existing problems of complex utilization of straw: The research has shown that the problems faced by the complex utilization of straw in Guanghan City are mainly reflected in the lack of processing capacity of straw processing enterprises,the difficulty of straw storage and transportation,the obvious shortage of straw collection machinery,the urgent need for breakthroughs in key technologies,and no fundamental changes in the passive utilization of straw yet,etc.(3)Influencing factors of complex utilization of straw: The final foothold of complex utilization of straw is farmers whose attitude plays an important role in the complex utilization of straw.This study shows that the level of education,whether it is a part-time,the expected economic benefits of complex utilization of straw,the crop planting area,the punishment of straw burning,whether there are straw collection points nearby,whether the straw subsidy policy can be implemented in time,the promotion of complex utilization of straw technology and other factors have a significant impact on complex utilization of straw by farmers,but the impact is different.According to the regression coefficient of the influencing factors,the impact degree is ranked as follows: whether the straw subsidy policy can be implemented in time > whether there are straw collection points nearby > the straw burning punishment > whether it is a part-time > the crop planting area > the level of education > the promotion of complex utilization of straw technology > the expected economic benefits of complex utilization of straw.(4)Suggestions.According to the research results,this paper proposes the following suggestions: Increase propaganda and change the situation of passive utilization of straw.Straw complex utilization subsidy policy should be implemented in time.Improve collection and storage system of straw.Foster straw processing enterprises.Strengthen the development and promotion of straw complex utilization technology.Pay attention to the utilization of straw by large planters.Strictly supervise straw burning.
