China has a large population. In order to ensure the supply of agricultural products and increase the output of agricultural products,it is naturally impossible to avoid chemical fertilizer input in agricultural production. As of 2015,the application rate of chemical fertilizers in China has been increasing year by year.In 2017,the application intensity of chemical fertilizers in China reached 352.3 kg/hm~2,which is1.6 times the safety ceiling(225kg/hm~2)in developed countries and 379.6 kg/hm~2 in Jilin Province. It is 1.7 times the safety ceiling.Unreasonable fertilization will not only reduce the yield of crops, but also cause non-point source pollution of chemical fertilizers, leading to irreversible problems such as nutrientization of water bodies, acidification of soil, and destruction of the ozone layer, causing serious pollution to the environment and causing excessive nitrate damage to human health..In order to rationally apply chemical fertilizers and reduce agricultural non-point source pollution,it is necessary to start from the application of fertilizer main body-farmers,take the farmer’s fertilization behavior as the entry point, analyze whether the influencing factors of excessive fertilization, and formulate relevant policies and measures to guide farmers to fertilize.Reduction, scientific and rationalization are of great significance for the prevention and control of environmental non-point source pollution and the realization of sustainable agricultural development.Based on the literature research at home and abroad, this paper first defines the related concepts of agricultural non-point source pollution and chemical fertilizer pollution, and systematically sorts out the theoretical basis of externality, farmer behavior and path dependence.Secondly, through the statistical yearbook data,it is on Jilin. The development of planting industry and the application of chemical fertilizer in Changchun City in the past 10 years were analyzed. Then, through the data of field research and questionnaire survey, the personal information of farmers, family production and management information, fertilizer application behavior and its cognition, and the external environment of the society were investigated. The module conducts descriptive statistical analysis and establishes a binary logistic model to empirically analyze the factors affecting farmers’excessive fertilization. The results show that the proportion of gender and farm labor has a positive impact on farmers’excessive fertilization, cultural level, farming time,The proportion of agricultural income, the degree of understanding of chemical fertilizers, the use of organic fertilizers, the awareness of environmental pollution caused by excessive application of chemical fertilizers, whether there are awareness of reducing production for environmental protection, and whether or not to join farmers’cooperatives, whether to over-fertilize farmers Have a negative impact;Sexual statistical results and empirical results suggest countermeasures to promote farmers’rational fertilization, including improving the cultural quality education of farmers, raising farmers’awareness of fossil pollution of chemical fertilizers and fertilizers, encouraging farmers to use organic fertilizers, and vigorously promoting soil testing and fertilization techniques.
