Abstract/Summary:
Study on biological characteristics and the lipophilic compounds of Funalia trogii,and a compound feed additive based on solid fermentation material of F.trogii was developed,and its immune activity and quality analysis was studied.In the summarization,through the review of a large number of literatures,the research progress of the domestic and foreign research of F.trogii and the research progress of the traditional Chinese medicine feed additives are expounded.The research content is divided into four parts,namely the study on biological characteristics and lipophilic compounds analysis by GC-MS during the different growth period;the principle and processing of compound feed additive for F.trogii;The study on the immunocompetence of compound feed additive of F.trogii;formulation of quality standard for compound feed additive of F.trogii.The biological characteristics of different growth periods and lipsoluble components of F.trogii.By macroscopically describing the morphological changes during development,the microstructure was studied using the freehand section method;analysis of lipsoluble components contained in different growth stages by GC-MS.The results showed that in the development process of basidiocarp,firstly,the surface hyphae differentiated from the surface tissue and than hypha,mediostratum and hymenium begin to mature,eventually forming with the natural state of the shape was similar to the burden of individual fruiting body.Ten kinds of liposoluble components were detected by GC-MS in different growth stages of F.trogii and eight kinds of components were detected at the mycelium pellets stage.Ten category were detected at the final context tissue stage.eight kinds of components were detected at the basidiocarp stage,the trend of changes in fat-soluble components contained in different growth stages was analyzed.The principle and processing of compound feed additive for F.trogii,from the aspects of traditional Chinese medicine efficacy,pharmacology of veterinary medicine,animal nutrition,and resource utilization,etc.,the principle of compound prescription for compound feed additives of F.trogii was thoroughly described,and the constituents in the components were explained;The process of compound feed additive for F.trogii.F.trogii compound feed additive immune activity,Study by mouse in vivo test.The results showed that the F.trogii compound feed additive can promote the maturation of immune organs in mice and upregulation of immunoregulatory factors interleukin 4(IL-4),interferon gamma(IFN-γ),and immunoglobulin G(IgG),enhance the phagocytic ability of mouse macrophages;preliminarily confirm that the additive has no effect on the anti-inflammatory ability of the mouse body by mouse ear swelling test induced by xylene.Based on the above analysis,the compound feed additive of F.trogii can improve the immunity of animals by accelerating the maturation of immune organs and regulating the production of cytokine and immunoglobulin G.enhancing the phagocytosis of macrophages.The quality standards,the main microstructure identification and base source identification of the components of the F.trogii compound feed additives.;Analyze the properties of compound feed additive.According to different batches of rough F.trogii compound feed additives,the HPLC parameters of the relevant parameters of the F.trogii compound feed additive fingerprinting,the source of each major component was analyzed by comparison with the HPLC profiles of the components.
