Xinjiang is the main production area of cotton in China.Fine seeding is one of the main ways to increase cotton production.However,the current cotton planting machinery has low efficiency and is not accurate enough.This paper designs and studies the problems in the cotton planting process.A 24-hole cotton precision dibbler was mainly studied from the following aspects:(1)Structural design: The agronomic requirements for high-density cotton planting in Xinjiang,with the existing mechanical hole-seeding device and seeding machine as the research object,based on the analysis of the problems existing in the seeding process of mechanical hole-seeding machines at home and abroad,A 24-hole precision hole abductor suitable for cotton agronomic requirements in Xinjiang,mainly consisting of a duckbill,a spindle,a filling device,a hole-turning arm,a seeding device,and a belt member.The theoretical parameters of the key components of the hole-seeding device: the radius of the hole-seeker R=223.5mm,the number of the hole-forming device z is 24,the hole diameter of the hole-seeking device is 7.5mm,the depth of the hole is 8mm,and the hole of the hole is 2,The seeding angle ranges from 55° to 70°.(2)Modeling and simulation analysis: Through the theoretical analysis of the hole-eye precision hole finder,the virtual model is established through SolidWorks2014,the ADAMS software is imported for simulation analysis,and the seed model is established.It is assumed that the speed of the hole finder is 40 r/min.The process takes 0.5 to 3.3 s,and the seed falls 3.3 to 3.6 s.The whole process satisfies the seeding requirements of the seeds,and the results are consistent with the design theoretical parameters.(3)Experimental research: It can be seen from the test results of the bench: in the speed range of 2.5 ~ 4.5km / h,the average pass rate of the hole-casting device is 94.49%,the average re-broadcasting rate is 3.47%,and the average porosity is For 2.04%,the cotton seed breakage rate is 0,and the average grain distance variation coefficient is 15.92%.The hole pass rate decreases gradually with the increase of the speed of the trolley,and the replay rate increases with the increase of the speed value.The trend is obvious,and the void rate does not change significantly with the increase of the working speed.The variation coefficient of the grain distance in the qualified range of the hole sowing decreased firstly and then increased with the increase of the speed.At the working speed of 3.5 km/h,the hole-seeding effect was the best.Through theoretical analysis,the virtual modeling and simulation analysis of the hole-seeding device meets the seeding requirements.The field test analysis shows that the seeding pass rate,re-broadcast rate and missed broadcast rate of the hole-seeding device indicate that all the working indicators of the hole-seeker have reached Work requirements;the cotton precision hole apoder has stable working performance and meets the agronomic requirements of cotton seeding.
