In order to investigate the best time of strawberry film mulching cultivation and the fertilizer and water supply method.To provide the reference for the cultivation and management of strawberry.In this study,the effects of the time of strawberry mulching cultivation were studied through the experiments of strawberry as material.To investigate the time of film mulching effect on the vegetative growth and reproductive growth of strawberry;And use Hoagland nutrient concentrations:30mg/L,60mg/L,90mg/L(based on nitrogen)on the vegetative growth and reproductive growth of strawberry.The result show:1.There were no significant differences in the number of stem,leaf number,petiole length,leaf length,leaf width,SPAD,etc.of strawberry cultivated with first-mulching and post-mulching cultivation,but the phenological period was significantly different from that of post-mulching.The first-mulching cultivation was shorter than that of the post-mulching cultivation,and the flowering period was 19 days earlier.From flowering to maturity,the first-mulching cultivation was 9 days earlier than post-mulching cultivation.From the colonization to fruit ripening,the first-mulching cultivation was 28 days in advance than that of post-mulching cultivation.The first-mulching cultivation had more than four flowers than post-mulching cultivation per plant,and improved the fruit rate,the final yield per plant increased by nearly half than post-mulching cultivation.There was no significant difference in fruit quality between the two cultivation methods.2.At 30mg/L,60mg/L,90mg/L nutrient solution concentration,strawberry petiole length with nutrient solution concentration increased.Strawberry SPAD value at 90mg/L maximum,root,stem leaves,petiole weight increase of 30mg/L and 60mg/L greater than 90mg/L.The net photosynthetic rate was 60mg/L and the Fv/Fm and PS? were 60mg/L,which indicated that the photosynthetic growth of strawberry was under stress at 90mg/L.There was no significant difference in soluble solids and titratable acidity of strawberry fruit with the three concentrations of nutrient solution,and the soluble sugar content of 60 mg/L and 90 mg/L was significantly higher than 30 mg/L.Based on the above results,the optimum nutrient concentration for strawberry growth was 60 mg/L.
