| Water and fertilizer management is an important link in the process of fruit planting,which is very important to improve fruit yield and quality.In recent years,facility cultivated strawberry has sprung up in Aksu,Xinjiang,which is characterized by short cycle,higher benefit and easy management.Expand-cultivation and high-yield will enrich people’s material life,on the other hand,will help fruit farmers increase their income.However,agricultural production has strong regionality.Sifting the concentration of high potassium water-soluble fertilizer,which is suitable for strawberry cultivation in Aksu,Xinjiang,has great significance for popularize the fertilization method for high quality in the all Xinjiang area.In this experiment,"Miaoxiang No.3" is the research object,with single factor mult-level completely randomized plot test method,for studying the effects of applying different concentrations of high potassium water-soluble fertilizers(N18%+P2O58%+K2O34%+Mg,which are 0.8g/L(A),1.4g/L(B),2.0g/L(C),2.6g/L(D),3.2g/L(D),with clear water as a control(CK)),on the biological characteristics,fruit quality and yield of strawberries.It aims to provide a theoretical basis for strawberry growers in Aksu area to apply high-potassium water-soluble fertilizer in the production process of strawberry in facility.The results showed that:(1)At different concentrations of high-potassium water-soluble fertilizers,the growth indexes of strawberry plants,such as plant height,petiole length,leaf length and width,leaf area and crown width,showed a unimodal trend of increasing first and then decreasing by the increase of fertilizer concentration.At a concentration of 1.4g/L,the high potassium water soluble fertilizer has significantly promote the growth of strawberry plants above ground,and the growth indexes we mentioned before are also significantly higher than other fertilization concentrations.In addition,at a concentration of 2.0g/L,the total root length of strawberry plants was significantly higher than that at other fertilization concentrations.(2)At different concentrations of high-potassium water-soluble fertilizers,the shape of strawberries are growing into cone,it means that the shape and the position of seed were not affected.However,the appearance quality of strawberries is affected.As the concentration of high-potassium water-soluble fertilizer increases,the color of strawberry peel changes from light red to deep red,and the flesh changes from light yellow to orange.(3)High-potassium water-soluble fertilizer can improve strawberry fruit flavor and quality.Without the high-potassium water-soluble fertilizer,the strawberry tastes sweet and sour,which is worse,with the increase of the concentration of water-soluble fertilizer,strawberry has a betterr taste,less sour and sweeter.It was found that with the increase of fertilization concentration,the internal quality of strawberry showed a trend of gradual improvement.As the concentration of high-potassium fertilizer increased,the content of flavonoids in strawberries showed a wave-like trend,when in 1.4 g/l(b)B and 3.2 g/l(e)treatment,the content of flavonoids performed best.It should be mentioned that the total phenol content shows a downward trend,when in0.8 g/l-1.4 g/l(A-B)treatment,turns to good content stably.The single strawberry weights 10.50-24.93 g with different concentrations of high potassium water-soluble fertilizer,and the yield per mu is between 1.31-1.89 t,the first and second crops take a very large proportion.At a concentration of 2.0-3.0g/L,fruit length and breadth,single fruit weight and yield per mu are significantly higher than other treatments,also the yield.In summary,planting strawberry in Akesu,Xinjiang,high-potassium water-soluble fertilizer(N18%+P2O58% +K2O 34% +Mg)with concentration of 2.0 g/L-2.6 g/L can increase the yield and quality,which is more popular with consumers.It is recommended to be used as the main fertilizer concentration for promotion and application. |
