Soil erosion has caused great damage to cultivated land and ecology.China is one of the countries with the most serious soil erosion in the world.National water conservancy census is a major survey of national conditions.At the time of the first national water census,there was no specialized software system to serve investigators.Investigators rely on purely manual recorded data,data accuracy and storage are not very good to support the water census.The enormous volume of data also poses challenges for investigators.In this paper,the main research goal is to surrounding soil and water conservation monitoring and evaluation of business requirements,with the first national water conservancy reconnaissance unit field investigation data,soil erosion data and the basis of the existing calculation model,is designed and developed a set of the national soil and water loss is independent of any commercial software field investigation and evaluation system,for the upcoming second national water resources census service.This article first to the field investigation of soil and water loss and evaluate the system development background and significance are introduced,and then expounds the current situation of the development of the evaluation system of soil and water loss,and all kinds of key technology of system development and evaluation of soil and water loss in the system used to introduces the related theory,laid the foundation for system development.The system uses B/S architecture for development,the front end of the system uses JavaScript language,the back end uses Java language to process business logic,and the background database uses MySQL database for storage.Secondly,this paper conducts a comprehensive system demand analysis on the national soil and water loss field investigation and evaluation system,and analyzes the data processing demand and system function demand in the system.The framework design and function design of the system are realized,and the implementation ideas of soil and water loss evaluation function,soil erosion related thematic map and map display function of national survey unit map,data query and modification function of national survey unit and user management function of the system are expounded.To deal with system data,including the national DEM,soil corrosion factor,rainfall erosion force factor,biological factor,cultivation measures factor and engineering measures related to factors such as soil erosion per picture,and the country 30 m raster data projection,resampling,image slices,generate Albers projection and Web Mercator projection tiled pyramids;map the national survey units;the vector database,soil erosion factor database and information database of the national survey unit were established for the survey data of the national survey unit.Finally,this paper introduces the realization process of the system in detail,including the realization process of the main functions and the demonstration of the realization effect diagram,and tests and summarizes the system.
