Soil and water conservation is an important task for the development of our country,preventing soil erosion is of great significance for maintaining ecological balance,and soil and water conservation monitoring is an essential part of soil and water conservation work.The monitoring work can provide important data reference for the development of water and soil conservation.This paper aims to build a management system for business information of soil and water conservation monitoring based on modern network and information technology,as a subsystem of the soil and water conservation monitoring platform,the system cooperates with other subsystems to realize the information management of the whole soil and water conservation monitoring work.This paper first analyzes the research background and significance of this topic,determines the research content of this topic,and then introduces the technical choice of building the system.Then,the functional requirements of the system are analyzed with the help of UML use case diagram,the user role and business content of the system are clarified,and the non functional requirements to ensure the quality of the system are put forward.After determining the requirements,this paper designs the software hierarchy,functional module division and database structure of the system.The system is mainly divided into functional modules such as minor drainage basin management,minor drainage basin control station management,runoff plot management,functional site management and monitoring tool management.The whole system is based on B/S architecture and adopts springboot+Vue.js for front-end and back-end separation development.In the part of database design,the data entity,data relationship and entity attribute of each functional module of the system are introduced in detail.After completing the overall design of the system,the construction process of the front-end and back-end development environment is introduced,with the help of UML class diagram and sequence diagram,the implementation process of the functions of each module is designed in detail.The detailed design mainly introduces the specific implementation of back-end services in entity layer,control layer,business logic layer and data persistence layer.After completing the detailed design of the system,the functional and non functional test cases are designed to test system,and after the actual test,it is determined that the system meets all the functional and non functional requirements of users.
