Abstract/Summary:
This paper is divided into three steps to study the haploid induction of sweet corn,which are the influencing factors of sweet corn inductivity,the factors affecting the sweet corn doubling rate in different regions,and the combining ability of five DH lines.The result is:(1)Sweet corn haploid induction test: The experiment mainly consists of three test steps,from different lengths between filaments and different genotype inducing lines and different genotype sweet corn hybrids.The results of induction rate analysis showed that the average induction rate of high inducement 5 was higher than the average induction rate of Stock6 in the hybridization induction of sweet corn,but did not reach a significant level.Among the sweet corn hybrids induced by high inducement 5,the highest induction rate of BT3 was 3.91%.Among the sweet corn hybrids induced by stock6,the same BT3 induction rate was the highest,reaching 3.68%.The average induction rate of YD1 long filament treatment was 4.20%,and the average induction rate of short filament treatment was 3.04%.The average induction rate of YD2 long filament treatment was 3.54%,and the average induction rate of YD2 short filament treatment was 2.68%.The results showed that different maternal materials had an influence on the induction rate of haploids,and the induction rate of haploids was significantly different between long and short corn silk.Therefore,choosing the appropriate sweet corn haploid induction method can also improve maize induction rate,thereby further improving the efficiency of sweet corn DH breeding.(2)The loose-flying rate test mainly analyzes the results of the loosening rate of different doubled methods in Hainan and Changchun.There was a significant difference in the rate of doubling pollens in the methods of Dip Bud law and immersing roots in different regions,indicating that the doubling rate of haploids in double Bud law and immersing roots in Hainan was higher than that in Changchun.In the Hainan doubling test,the Seed soaking doubled the average loose powder rate highest of 34.74%.The method of immersing the roots to double the average loose powder rate is the lowest,reaching 7.68%.In the Changchun doubled test,Seed soaking doubled the average loose powder rate,reaching 30.83%.The root dip method doubled the average loose powder rate,which was 3.12%.(3)The fertility rate test is mainly based on the results of the fertility rates of different doubling methods in Hainan and Changchun.Analysis of the seed-setting rate results showed that there was a significant difference in the seed setting rate between the naturally doubled and the soak corn shoots act,indicating that the haploid doubling by colchicine had an effect on the seed setting rate in different regions.In the Hainan double test,the average seed-setting rate was doubled by the dipping method,reaching 85.94%.Natural double the average seed-setting rate is the lowest,reaching 48.40%.In the doubling test of Changchun,seed the soak corn shoots act had the highest average seed setting rate of 78.82%,and the naturally doubled had the lowest average seed setting rate of 34.03%.(4)Combining ability analysis experiments mainly analyzed the combining ability of 5 cross combinations of 5 sweet corn DH lines and 6 cross-leaved sweet corn single crosses and their 30 parents as their parents.Analysis of the results of combining ability revealed that the GCA effects of the same traits and different traits of the same inbred line were quite different.In this experiment,the specific combining ability of the single ear weight and the sugar content of the seeds had a certain relationship with the general combining ability.Parents with high general combining ability are more likely to produce combinations with higher specific combining ability.However,it is not precluded that parents with low parental general mating power have a high probability of combining specific combinations.
