The genetic improvement of maize haploid induction system Stock6, influence factors ofmaize haploid induction rate and the rate of double and DH system of combining ability werestudied in this article. The material of induction were Stock6and improved lines, basicmaterials for determination of induced breeding of maize inbred lines used, the DH inbred lineshas a certain application value; Haploid doubling rate studies using magnification forcolchicine, Changchun and Hainan, the two were measured, and set the time and colchicineconcentration gradient, and the determination of the optimal drug concentration doubling time;Combining ability analysis using augmented NCII design, female parent material for theproduction of the common inbred, self-test materials for the breeding of DH lines, the testresults are as follows:1、JS6-84(11.1%) has the highest inducing rate, The improvement of Stock6was successand JS6-84has important value in maize DH breeding. JS6-30(9.2%)、JS6-80(8.7%) has somevalue in maize DH breeding. The three induction system can be applied in maize breeding.2、The inducing rate were significant difference in six germplasm group, the inducing rateof Lancaster group was the highest(10.7%),Reid group was Second(8.3%)and Tang si ping tougroup (8.2%)was in middle,Lv da hong gu group was lower(6.3%).3、The inducing rate were significant differences in JDB12×JDB23,PH4CV×JDB12,PHB1M×JDB23, PHB1M×JDB12, PH4CV×JDB23and PHB1M×PH4CV. The haploid inducedfrequency by two DH system with combination was significantly higher than one of the parentsfor the DH department or without the combination of the DH system.4、Haploid highest frequency induction was produce in6and7days after corn spinningcrossbred, and significantly higher than other pollination period. The haploid generationfrequency in the grain of the ear part is significantly higher than the top.5、 Integrated in this study,2012and2013, two years test conclusion, colchicineconcentration of0.7mg/ml leaching bud8h processing maize haploid doubling efficiency isbest, double the rate is as high as14.2%. Haploid doubling rate of PH4CV x JDB12(26.0%),PHB1M x JDB12(25.6%), PHGJ4x JDB18and JDB18x PH6WC are significantly higher thanPHB1M x PH4CV (13.3%) and PH6WC x PHGJ4(8.2%) and fasten with DH for equippingparents base material can significantly increase the rate of maize hybrid combination double haploid.6、 JDB86has the highest GCA (4.31), the piece together the two high-yieldingcombinations PHGJ4x JDB86, zheng58x JDB86; JDB23has the higher GCA of (3.53),equipping the PH6WC x JDB23, JDB86and JDB23is improved more successful inbred lines,has application value.
