Study On Comprehensive Utilization Of Crop Straw In Jilin Province

As "the other half of agriculture",crop straw is an important biomass resource for development and comprehensive utilization.But with the development of social production and the level of rural energy industry,all regions have problems concerning seasonal,regional and structural excess of crop straw,resulting in straw waste incineration,the waste of resources,environmental pollution and unsafe traffic,which have aroused public concern among people from all walks of life.The report at the 19 th National Congress of CPC stresses the importance to win the battle for the blue sky,and strengthen prevention and control of agricultural non-point source pollution,in which the straw utilization is the big event in the development of green ecological environment in rural areas and agricultural cleaner production and also the key to keep the beautiful scenery in rural areas.In the context of developing circular economy and strengthening crop straw industrialization,this paper estimates the amount of straw resources in the past ten years in Jilin province and presents the current development status of comprehensive utilization of crop straw through field research,analyses the participation activities of farmers,enterprises and government,discusses on how to improve the comprehensive utilization rate of crop straw so as to promote the comprehensive development of crop straw in Jilin Province and provide a reference for the future research.The paper is divided into six chapters.In the first chapter,straw to valley ratio method was used to theoretically calculate the straw amount,the collectible and available resources in Jilin Province from 2005-2015,and grasp the potential of straw resource utilization in Jilin Province as a whole.The second chapter analyzes the overall situation of comprehensive utilization of straw in Jilin province and the existing problems in the process of development,and makes analysis on the reasons for the existing problems.The third chapter discusses the advanced experience of the comprehensive utilization of crop straw abroad through literature review and uses them in the actual study.According to the data obtained in field investigation,the fourth chapter analyses the behavior of farmers,enterprises and government and the influencing factors in the utilization of crop straw by using Logistic model.It is hoped that the research can provide a scientific basis for comprehensive utilization of crop straw in Jilin province.The last chapter summarizes the difficulties confronted in the comprehensive utilization of straw in Jilin province and proposes that the organization system should be established with“government guidance,enterprise participation and farmers-centered”;it also puts forward some feasible suggestions aiming to promote the development of circular economy of modern agricultural in Jilin province and to increase farmers' income.It is of great significance to the construction of beautiful countryside.
