| With the growing area of greenhouse growing year by year in China,more and more attention has been paid to the improvement of mechanization and automation of greenhouse planting,and the greenhouse irrigation equipment is constantly updated.At present,there are widespread workers in the greenhouse,the working environment is poor,the control of greenhouse irrigation is not accurate enough to meet the fine cultivation demand of high value-added crops.Combined with actual production demand,this study developed a greenhouse intelligent micro jet two-way mobile chassis system.This system can reduce the labor intensity of the staff,improve the working conditions of the staff,facilitate the accurate irrigation of the greenhouse crops,reduce the working time,and be convenient for not using the greenhouse to pick and transport,and have a good opening.The value of research and application.Through the research of relevant technology at home and abroad and the market investigation in the early stage,the working condition of the track chassis is put forward,and the main parameters of its operation are determined.The structure design process of intelligent bi directional mobile chassis system for greenhouse is expounded.The concept of modular design runs through the whole structure design.The structure of the track chassis and sprinkler assembly is designed in detail,including the overall layout of the track walking chassis,the transmission system and the rail exchange mechanism,the lifting mechanism and the folding mechanism of the sprinkler assembly,and the strength check and optimization of the key structural parts are carried out by the Simulation toolbox of the SOLIDWORKS software.It provides a theoretical guarantee for the reliable structure strength of the greenhouse intelligent micro jet vehicle two-way mobile chassis system in the actual greenhouse operation.The control system of greenhouse intelligent micro jet bidirectional mobile chassis system is the key to reduce manual labor intensity and achieve precise positioning irrigation.Based on the hardware schematic diagram of the control system,the control principle of the greenhouse intelligent micro jet two-way mobile chassis system is expounded.Based on the principle of two point detection of +RFID,the different moving schemes of the track mobile chassis are designed,and various main control element devices used in the system are equipped and selected.The experimental design of a greenhouse intelligent micro jet bidirectional mobile chassis system was carried out to determine its stationarity,stopping accuracy and structural strength.Through the stability test,the parking precision test and the structural strength observation,the results show that the moving chassis system has no skidding phenomenon,and the acceleration is most stable under the acceleration of 3.42m/s2,and the parking precision can reach 1.32 mm through several parking tests.The assembly can adapt to the complex greenhouse environment,and can effectively cope with the needs of different crop plants.The structure of the walking chassis is high reliability and can meet the long-term operation.To sum up,the capabilities of the developed greenhouse intelligent micro jet two-way mobile chassis system have met the design requirements,and the mechanical and electrical rail exchange scheme can ensure reliable rail change.It is possible to realize the scheduled crop precise intelligent positioning irrigation and the need for picking and transporting without row spacing greenhouse,and has good research and utilization prospects. |
