The cooling system is installed and is tested in the greenhouses..After analyzing the experimental study on the mechanism of atomizers in the world , This paper mainly discusses on the property of the nozzle with firing pin type in theory, and put forward the project of the nozzle. Because the stainless steel- orifice nozzle from abroad wear out easily, which is dear and isn't to be make out, A new ruby-orifice nozzle is designed and patented. The research is to investigate the atomization performance of the new nozzle and the droplet distribution from the nozzle. It is compared to the sprinkling nozzle in the atomization performance by the particle size analysis Meanwhile the micro-cooling system is designed and is installed in the greenhouse, The experiment are conducted to verify its the cooling efficiency in the greenhouse in summer.The result of research are showed : the micro-cooling system can be installed easily in all kind of open greenhouses Jts atomized parcel is so small that no drip is separated out, which has high cooling efficiency and low energy cost.
