During recent years, the Agaricus Bisporus has been planted in glasshouse in great areas in Gansu province. There has planted about 200 Mu just at the Agaricus Bisporus cultivated base in XieHe Zhen in the Wei City. However, there have still applied the Local Fixed Spray System in these areas because it is low investment and simple, but it has many shortcomings, such as he piping system sealing off is worse, the head loses greatly, sprays nonuniform etc. So it results in the moisture efficiency lowly and can not go to the purpose of a high yield of the Agaricus Bisporus.The experiment applied Small Walking Spray System which was created by Gansu Agricultural University and the Local Fixed Spray System. The experiment research the Agaricus Bisporus as the carrier. It is contrary to the present situation and existing problems of Spray System on Agaricus Bisporus in greenhouse in Shan shui irrigation area of Shi yang River Basin at Xiehe, Wuwei. The experiment is focus on the high yield of Agaricus Bisporus by compared with Small Walking Spray System and Local Fixed Spray System in greenhouse. The soil water content at base layer of Agaricus Bisporus, spray uniformity and total yield was observed and measured in this experiment. Besides, the paper researched the relationship of yield and water utilization of Agaricus Bisporus in the greenhouse.The paper analyzed and compared these factors, such as head hydraulic loss, soil moisture, spray uniformity, total yield etc. The result shows that the Small Walking Spray System plays an positive role in soil moisture, spray uniformity and total yield of Agaricus Bisporus in the greenhouse irrigation.The spray uniformity of the Small Walking Spray System is≥84%, and the spray uniformity of the Local Fixed Spray System is less than 75%. To compare with these two systems, the Small Walking Spray System sprays more even, and water humidity is more even, is good to the growth of the Agaricus Bisporus. Besides, this new Small Walking Spray System has an important meaning to the yield and water quantity with the Agaricus Bisporus.By calculate the suppy water piping head loss, it showes that Local Fixed spray system head loss is 1.455 meters, but the Small Walking Spray System spray system head loss is 0.752 meters which is just a half of the Small Walking Spray System. Accordingly, the Small Walking Spray System is good to the Local Fixed spray system in economizing water and resources. During one water irrigation period, the soil water content of the Small Walking Spray System(Treatment) is higher than the Local Fixed Spray System(Check) in the soil layer 18cm, 28cm, 38cm and 48cm. In the same soil depth after the irrigation, the soil water content present to descend trend gradually with the time change. The Small Walking Spray System influenced the soil water content very much in the soil layer at 18cm depth.During the growth of Agaricus Bisporus in the experiment, with the Small Walking Spray System, the total yield of Agaricus Bisporus has raised 28.18% prefer to the Local Fixed Spray System. With the same cultivate material and irrigation ration, compared the Small Walking Spray System with the Local Fixed Spray System, the income of the Agaricus Bisporus in greenhouse has increased 32% in the Small Walking Spray System.Compared to the Local Fixed Spray System, the Small Walking Spray System has many excellence, such as operation in brief, mend conveniently, light weight, smart and convenient etc. In addition, the Small Walking Spray System applies to mechanization in the glasshouse. According to the different growth temperament and physiology characteristics of plant grown, by adjust the height of spraying the pole, this system can irrigate many shorter plants, and has a vast applied prospect.
