Research On Junlian's Beef Cattle Industry Development Under Circumstance Of Agricultural Supply Side Structural Reform

As a typical county full of mountain resources,Junlian County's mainstay industry was the coal industry.Being affected by macroeconomic and coal industry downturn,Junlian County is in urgent need to accelerate industrial restructuring and promote industrial transformation and upgrading.In recent years,Junlian County has been cultivating and developing beef cattle industry as its pillar industry for economic transformation and realized a new large scaled,standard and brand based industrial transformation and development,which has made the beef cattle industry one of the most important industries to adjust industrial structure,alleviate Poverty,promote Rural revitalization and to help people get rich.This thesis studies the subject with empirical surveys by collecting research data both at home and abroad with research methods of Micro-analysis and macro-analysis in addition with Descriptive and comparative analysis.This article analyses the four aspects of” cultivating,breeding,processing and marketing”of beef cattle industry in Junlian County on Structure(S),Conduct(C)and Performance(P)on the basis of SCP Paradigm,sorting out some problems of low scale and organization,low degree of clustering,underdeveloped Brand building and Imperfect management system,etc.Besides,it puts forward some countermeasures including expanding the development scale of beef cattle industry,raising organization level,optimizing industrial structure,extending beef cattle industry chain,improving the quality of supply,strengthening brand building and industrial support and optimizing developing environment by accelerating institutional innovation and integrating technology,capital,land and other resources.
