| With promulgation of Food Safety Law in China, people pay more and more attention to the safety management of agricultural products. However, great deficiency exists in the production of agricultural products. In addition, all kinds of small scale and dispersed production of agricultural products in China also led to the occurce of agricultural products safety problems. Thus, it is very important to supervise scientificly in production, circulation and processing of agricultural products to prevent food safety accident.In this paper, based on the analysing of successful experiences in agricultural product quality traceability system, the factors which affacting apples safety in Aksu region and the apple quality tracing system based on RFID and WebGIS in Xinjiang was designed based on the combination of GIS technology, the database (SQL Server) technology,.net technology and JSP technology and used of Eclipse development platform and ArcGIS tool on foundation of the collection of apples current situation in Aksu. The major functions of this system are as follows:(1) The enterprises can know the production information of Aksu apples in production base according to the system, including the use of pesticides, fertilizers and preservatives, detection results, and qualification certification of the production base, and so on;(2) The farmers can kown how to manage the apple production, including the fertilization, fruit trimming, prevention of diseases and insect pests, and harvest, transportation and storage, and so on;(3) The consumers can search the information of registration, qualification, production, the use of pesticide, fertilizer and preservatives using the universal resource locator and trace back code, and quality traceability for consumers to Aksu apples was implemented.(4) The users can also find the updating agricultural information, publishing comments, leaving words and promoting exchange using traceability system. |
