Epidemiological Investigation And Analysis Of Gosling Plague In Some Area Of Zhangjiakou City

China is a big goose raising country in the world,and goose has been ranked first in the world for its stock and slaughtering rate.Resently,with the increasing number of goose raising in China incidence of goose disease also increased.Goose fever is popular in some parts of China I and it is an important disease that endangers the goose industry,which has caused a lot of economic damage to the goose industry and farms.The goose industry in Zhangjiakou city continues to develop and death rate from goose disease also increased in the region.However,there are few epidemiological investigations in the cause for death of goose fever.There is also a lack of systematic research.To learn more about the incidence and death from goose plague,this article investigated gosling plague through the field visit,Goose farm visit and collection of clinical samples of different groups of geese within the year 2017~2018.Through epidemiological investigation and clinical dissection,the goose fever occurred in some areas of Zhangjiakou city was investigated accordingly.In order to understand the current situation of the pathogenesis,infection status and potential threat of geese in some areas of Zhangjiakou city.At the same time,the achievements and shortcomings in the prevention and control of diseases are also analyzed.Through the results of clinical examination,it was found that,there were 165 plumes of goose fever infection in the dead goose,goose fever single infection had 95 plumes and mixed infection sample were 70 feathers.The infection rates were 54% and 39.7%,respectively.There were 30 plumes of mixed infection with goose fever and serous inflammation and there were 22 plumes of mixed infection with aspergillus.There were 18 plumes of mixed serous inflammation and aspergillus.The infection rates were17%,12.5% and 10.2%,respectively.The age of onset is concentrated at 5~25 days old,and the mixed infection was mostly double infection.In conclusion,goose fever infection is the main cause of goose death in the area and serous inflammation and aspergillus infection were also important causes of the death of geese.Therefore,prevention and control of the above diseases has an important role for the healthy development of the goose industry.The above results provide the basis for the scientific prevention and control of the disease for goose farming in Zhangjiakou city and it also provides an important reference for the prevention and control of other infectious diseases.
