| Newcastle and gosling plague as a common and high-fat fatal disease to the goose industrycan cause huge economic losses each year. Prevention and treatment of both diseases is the maindirection of many researchers. Virus and antibody levels in slaughtered geese vivo inslaughterhouse which is the end of the whole chain of aquaculture can objectively reflect thegaggle of these two diseases in prevalence. The study sample collection slaughtered geese inscale slaughterhouse. The study conduct newcastle disease and gosling plague of etiology andserological analysis provide scientific data for the effective prevention and control of bothdiseases. In this study were collected slaughtered geese from Jilin Agricultural University goosebreeding base, two slaughterhouses of Dehui, a slaughterhouse of Songyuan, a slaughterhouse ofArong Qi Inner Mongolia. And it was collected in blood, lungs, liver, intestinal contents and atotal of more than3,000samples.For newcastle disease virus pathogen detection, this study used by hemagglutination, hemagglutination inhibition assay, RT-PCR experiments and sequence determination of PCRproduct bands to determine newcastle disease virus within the samples. For gosling plague viruspathogen detection, this study used by sequence determination of PCR product bands todetermine gosling plague virus within the samples. For the detection of newcastle diseaseantibodies, this experiment to determine serum newcastle antibody titers contained within is byhemagglutination inhibition assay. For gosling plague antibody detection, this experiment is todetermine whether it contains gosling plague serum antibodies by ELISA method. The resultsshowed that in the geese samples of which to be slaughtered, the newcastle disease virusinfected rate was1.45%, gosling plague virus infected was11.08%; NDV antibody positive ratewas22.12%, gosling plague antibody positive rate was71.15%.These results indicate that there are recessive disease virus and gosling plague carryingcase in the product to be slaughtered geese. Higher antibody levels indicating that the twodiseases are widespread in the commodity geese. We should strengthen immunization, surveillance and prevention. |
