Tomto(Lycopersicone sculentum Mill)is an important economic crop cultivated in China.In order to tap the potential of high-yield cultivation on tomato.Taking ’Fenyan 1’ and ’1667’ tomato as material.The experiment was designed randomly,including planting pattern levels,density levels and remaining fruit cluster levels.On the one hand,different planting patterns,densities and the remaining fruit clusters on growth,physiological indicators,canopy characteristics,yield and quality of tomato were explored.On the other hand,studied for the regulation of tomato plant type;Screen out the best matching scheme for tomato cultivation,that provide a scientific basis and technical guidance for cultivation management of greenhouse tomato in the region.The main results are as follows:1.Effects of the different planting patterns,densities and the remaining fruit clusters on the characteristics,yield and quality of tomatoWith the increasing of density and fruit cluster levels,the amplification of plant height was quick trend,the changes of plant stem diameter and leaf area were slow trend,and the leaf stomatal conductance,transpiration rate and photosynthetic all increased then fall.The fruit shape index displayed no significant difference in tomato fruit,however,under the same planting pattern and density,the soluble sugar,organic acids and soluble solids were decline trend,but Vc showed increase trend with the increase in the remaining fruit clusters.Under the same planting pattern,the effects of different planting densities and the remaining fruit cluster on tomato yield,the average weight of single fruit and average yield of plot were all significantly effected.Combined with the principal component analysis,it is recommended the best combination of solar greenhouse cultivation:A1B2K2,2 rows for A1 planting;B2 planting density of 2700 plants per 667 m2;K2 with 4 fruit clusters,the highest yield is 6336.48 kg/667 m2.2.Research for density dynamic adjustment and plant type regulation technology based on facility environmentT1 single trunk pruning,with 6 fruit clusters,plant growtth is good,root system is developed,plant leaf photosynthetic parameters with the highest net photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate and stomatal conductance value,a highest root to shoot ratio,fruit soluble solid content 6.65%,and the highest yield is 5320.01 kg/667 m2;T2 single trunk pruning,with 7 fruit clusters,fruit pigmentation is the best,the fruit Vc content is 33.81 mg·100 g-1,and the ratio of sugar-acid maximum 14.74;T3 single trunk pruning,with 8 fruit clusters,both the intercellular CO2 concentration of the leaves and the fruit shape index were the highest,the soluble sugar content of the fruit is 4.5%,and the organic acid is 0.49%.T4 single trunk pruning,with 9 fruit clusters,chlorophyll content accumulation is the most.Through the principal component factor analysis of each index,it is concluded that the T1 treatment comprehensive evaluation index has the best effect on plant type regulation,which has more field cultivation advantages.3.Response of the different planting patterns,densities and the remaining fruit clusters on the canopy characteristics,yield and quality of tomato in solar greenhouse.With the growth process,the leaf area index of different density and remaining fruit cluster showed a single-peak curve,which was basically maintained during 1.17-3.43.The change of leaf angle and leaf orientation showed low density and the leaf growth was sufficient;while the density was high,the leaves were lifted and the plant type was optimized.The canopy transmittance showed a trend of first increase and then decline,the canopy reflectance showed a trend of decrease,and the canopy interception showed a trend of increase.The longitudinal and transverse diameters of tomato fruit decreased with the increase of planting density;While,with the increase of planting density,the soluble solid content and soluble sugar content increased first and then decreased,the organic acid content increased,and the ratio of sugar-acid decreased.With the increase of the remaining fruit cluster and density,the average fruit weight of tomato fruit decreased and the fruit yield of tomato increased.Comprehensive analysis showed that B2K1,B2 planting density of 3000 plants per 667 m2;K1 with 5 fruit clusters,the highest yield is 5844.29 kg/667 m2,which was the most suitable cultivation technology parameters for tomato cultivation in solar greenhouse.
