Analysis On The Present Situation And Development Countermeasures Of Laojun Mountain Forest Farm Reform In Hongan County

The state-owned forest farm is a production institution that foster and protect the forestry.The State-owned forest farms,making full use of the state-owned forest land productive potential,to improve the ecological,social,economic and other benefits of target,its main task is to expand the forest resource,improve forest production.Forestry is the main part of ecological construction,timber and other forest products are indispensable strategic resources.Forestry development can improve the ecological environment problem,protect land and ecological security,at the same time also can adjust the agricultural structure,increase farmers’ income,improve the efficiency of agriculture,is an important way of building a well-off society in China.Based on Laojun mountain forest farm of Hong’an county as the research object,through information research,field investigation and extensive discussion on the nature and the current management system of the Laojun mountain forest farm of Hong’an county were analyzed,and find the direction of reform in Laojun mountain forest farm,research the developing mode of Laojun mountain forest farm management system,aiming at the existing problem of Laojun mountain forest reform,development and put forward the corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions.There are seven chapters in this paper.The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly introduces the source and significance of the topic selection,the research status at home and abroad,and the main content and technical route.The second chapter is an overview of relevant theories,which mainly introduces the concept evolution and review of state-owned forest farms and the two analytical methods to be used.The third chapter is the analysis of the external and internal environment of Laojun moutain forest farm.The fourth chapter mainly analyzes the reform proposals of some forest farms in Hubei province and other provinces,and draws some good experiences.The fifth chapter analyzes the existing problems of Laojun mountain forest farm.The sixth chapter puts forward the reform countermeasure and safeguard measure to Laojun mountain forest farm.The seventh chapter is a summary of this paper and the prospect of Laojun mountain forest farm.
