In recent years,the development of industry and the lack of human awareness of environmental protection have imposed a heavy burden on the environment and led to the proliferation of various water plants in lakes and rivers.At present,the most effective way to solve flooding in water plants is through mechanical control of clean water collection vessels.The existing water grass cleaning harvesting ship directly accumulates the water grass in the material tank at the rear of the deck without compression after the water grass is harvested.The water grass is fluffy,the overall density is small,and the material tank is easy to be full.In view of the above problems,a set of aquatic grass feeding-compression-bundling device was designed with reference to the dryland straw bale baler,which can be compressed and bundled to form a high-density bale piled up at the rear of the deck to improve the aquatic grass harvesting ship The loading capacity of water plants reduces the number of round trip unloading during operation and improves harvest efficiency.The main research contents are as follows:(1)The working characteristics of the aquatic baler are analyzed,and the feedingcompression-bundling scheme of the aquatic baler is determined.By analyzing the feeding amount and feeding speed of aquatic plants,calculate the power consumption of the feeding device and compression plunger,combined with the power consumption of the double-knife drive knotter at work,the transmission scheme and the selection of hydraulic motor and reducer are determined.(2)Research on the compression methods and principles of the existing various bale baler,using the open compression method,the effect of the angle of the upper and lower pressure plates of the baling chamber and the pretension of the tension spring of the pressure plate on the compression resistance By changing the different angles of the upper and lower pressure plates and the pretension of the tension spring,different compression densities of water plants can be obtained.(3)Simulate and analyze the motion relationship of each mechanism of the whole prototype of the baler in the ADAMS virtual prototype simulation analysis software to verify whether the timing cooperation between the compression mechanism,feeding mechanism and bundling mechanism in the design research process meets the requirements,Check whether the cooperation of the various mechanisms in the strapping device meets the working requirements of the doubletooth disc drive knotter;perform a kinematics simulation on the compression mechanism,and simulate the compression force during the operation of the compression plunger through the mechanical formula to obtain each component of the compression mechanism And the stress on the joints.(4)According to the stress situation of the components of the compression mechanism obtained in the ADAMS virtual prototype simulation,use ANSYS finite element analysis software to check the strength of the main force components of the compression mechanism to check whether the strength of each component meets the requirements,Optimize the structure of compression spindle,compression crank,compression plunger,etc.(5)After the prototype is assembled and assembled,the compression and bundling test is carried out,and the no-load knotting test is carried out.The movement of the bundling rope and the knotter and its auxiliary parts in the bundling device is observed.The function verification test is performed using rice straw instead of water grass To verify the correctness of the design principles of each mechanism,the timing sequence of the compression-feeding-bundling action and the timing relationship meet the design requirements.
