Design And Development Of Feeding Device Internet Of Things System

In the large-scale pig farming system in China,traditional manual farming is inefficient and low level of automation.The automated feeding device in use is basically a single-point operation and there is no complete system to supervise.In recent years,with the rapid development of the Internet and the rapid rise of the Internet of Things,this paper proposes and implements a feeding device Internet of Things system,which realizes remote operation and real-time supervision of automatic feeding device in pig farms on mobile phones,and promotes the informatization and intelligent development of feeding device.The feeding device Internet of Things system uses development technology of Wechat public account.JetBrains PyCharm 2017.2.3 x 64 is the development platform,MySQL is the database development software.The system consists of four functional modules which are my pig farm,user management,data analysis and configuration settings.It makes the system users not need to visit the pig farm,process and operate the pig farm instantly on the mobile phone.After registering on the mobile phone,users can set up pig farms and barns information according to the actual situation and view pig farm information.It can bind feeding device and configure feeding device parameters remotely and centrally to achieve timing and quantitative feeding.The device information can be shared with other Wechat users,the feed and water intake of pigs can be visually viewed through the feeding curve.It can check the running status of feeding equipment.If the devicet fails or the pig's diet changes to a certain extent,the system will push information to the users to deal with it in time,implement abnormal alarm,prevent the occurrence of epidemics,and facilitate the system users to supervise and manage the pig farm scientifically and efficiently.Feeding device Internet of Things system has been put into use in Wuhan ZhongChuZhiLian Science and Technology Co.,Ltd.At present,the system works well,the use of this system effectively realizes the maximization of production efficiency and the survival rate of live pigs.
