| Constructing the mutually beneficial mechanism between herdsmen and leading enterprises is an effective way to restructure and optimize the factors of production in rural pastoral areas,promote the integration of three industries in rural pastoral areas,develop modern animal husbandry and increase the income of herdsmen.At present,the mutually beneficial mechanism between herdsmen and leading enterprises has not yet formed,and it is urgent to deepen research.Firstly,by means of consulting information,visiting enterprises in New Balhu Right Banner,investigating herdsmen and collective economy with questionnaires,this paper analyses the current situation of economic and social development in New Balhu Right Banner,the basic situation of industrial development in pastoral areas,the situation and types of interest linkage mechanism between herdsmen and leading enterprises,and summarizes the problems and benefits of interest linkage mechanism between herdsmen and leading enterprises in New Balhu Right Banner.The influencing factors of the choice of benefit mechanism put forward the mutually beneficial mechanism between herdsmen and leading enterprises.Mutual benefit mechanism is the "mutual benefit" and"sharing" mechanism between herdsmen and leading enterprises.It can be divided into three interdependent mechanisms:interest creation,interest distribution and interest protection.Benefit creation mechanism is a mechanism to promote the gradual value-added of products;benefit distribution mechanism is a mechanism to distribute surplus products according to the principle of "benefit sharing and risk sharing";interest protection mechanism is a mechanism to provide funds,talents,technology,standards,insurance,etc.for production and operation.On this basis,the paper puts forward some countermeasures to construct mutually beneficial mechanism between herdsmen and leading enterprises,such as integrating existing leading enterprises,establishing new cooperative organizations of animal husbandry,cultivating new herdsmen,promoting scientific and technological progress in pastoral areas,and increasing investment. |
