Study On The Benefit Connection Mechanism Between Leading Enterprises In Guangxi And Prawn Farmers In W Town

In the agricultural production of our country,want to assure industrialized management degree to rise ceaselessly,one of the roles that holds the most important among them is bibcock enterprise,in agricultural industrialization process,bibcock enterprise is having important effect.Whether its market competitiveness value-added ability,or its innovation ability and management level,and the direction of agricultural industrialization progress and smooth development are of vital importance.At present,accelerating the pace of building a well-off society is always the primary task of our country,for leading enterprises,this is an opportunity to establish a good interest relationship with farmers,further establish and improve the corresponding interest connection mechanism,is one of the more important links.W town in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region,the development of agricultural industrialization development,especially in the town of prawn breeding,for example,under the support of local government in recent years,W town prawn breeding industry rapid development,however,the imbalance is significant,on the whole,its development level is not high also,therefore how to fundamentally solve these problems thoroughly,is the key of the development of W town agriculture.This paper mainly focuses on the interest connection mechanism between Guangxi leading aquatic products enterprises and W town prawn farmers.Firstly,it elaborates on its corresponding basic content and basic mode as well as relevant theoretical basis;Secondly,through the investigation and analysis of the development status of prawn farmers in W town specialized prawn cultivation cooperatives,the leading enterprises of Guangxi aquatic products were investigated to further understand the organization mode of enterprises driving farmers;Thirdly,in the mechanism of interest connection,this paper makes an in-depth analysis on the existing problems of prawn farmers and leading enterprises in W town,and draws the development Suggestions on the mechanism of interest connection between prawn farmers in W town and leading enterprises in Guangxi.The study of this paper can be concluded that in the whole process of agricultural industrialization,in order to make progress,one of the most key link is to straighten out the relationship between the interest subjects,perfecting the coupling mechanism between each benefit main body,to ensure that the interests between them can achieve rapid and stable development,prompting both eventually form risk-sharing Shared interests relations of stability.In order to develop prawn culture industrialization,W town should start from this problem and accelerate the establishment of the interest relationship between leading enterprises and prawn farmers,so as to maximize the creation of interest.In addition,it can further accelerate the construction of new professional prawn cultivation farmers and realize a good distribution of benefits.In the process of operation,the corresponding credit mechanism and cooperative organization can be effectively established and improved,and will greatly promote the coordinated development of agricultural industrialization in W town.
