Abstract/Summary:
The effects of different supplementary feed on reproductive hormone and antioxidant index of Inner Mongolia cashmere goats ram were studied in this experiment.A simple and low-cost diet suitable for Inner Mongolia cashmere goats ram was determined to maximize the reproductive hormone and antioxidant capacity of the breeding ram and maximize the utilization rate of the breeding ram.The pre-feeding period of this experiment was 15 days and the trial period was 60 days, and a total of 75 days feeding experiment was carried out.Blood and semen were collected at the 2nd,4th,6th and 8th week, respectively, during the trial period.Serum and seminal plasma were collected by centrifugation, and reproductive hormone levels and serum antioxidant indexes were measured respectively. The test results are as follows:1.The results showed that different supplementary feed had no significant effect on serum reproductive hormone levels of Inner Mongolia cashmere goats ram(P>0.05).2.Different supplementary feed had a significant effect on the level of T in seminal plasma of ram,Ⅱ group was significantly higher than Ⅰ group,Ⅲ group and IV group(P<0.05),and the content was 3.34 ng/ml,there was no significant difference between groups Ⅰ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ(P>0.05),there was no significant difference in FSH and LH levels among the four groups(P>0.05).3.Different supplementary feed had significant effects on serum antioxidant indexes of Inner Mongolia cashmere goats ram.The activity of SOD in IV group was significantly higher than that in Ⅰ group(P<0.05),and the content was 82.11 U/ml.There was no significant difference in group Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ(P>0.05),there was no significant difference between Ⅱ group,Ⅲ group and IV group(P>0.05);The content of MDA in Ⅱgroup,Ⅲ group and IV group was significantly lower than that in Ⅰ group(P<0.05),there was no significant difference between Ⅱ group,Ⅲ group and IV group(P>0.05),the lowest content in IV group was 3.09 nmol/ml;There was no significant difference in the activity of CAT and GSH-Px among the four groups(P>0.05);The content of T-AOC in IV group was significantly higher than that in Ⅰ group and Ⅱ group(P<0.05),and the content was 11.28 U/ml,there was no significant difference in group Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ(P>0.05),there was no significant difference between IV group and Ⅲ group(P>0.05),but IV group was higher than Ⅲ group.
