With the development of modern information technology such as Internet of Things,cloud computing,big data and mobile interconnection,agriculture has gradually developed from a single mode and planting technology to a comprehensive application of multiple new technologies,new achievements and multiple modes.With the rapid development of agricultural economy,agriculture has not only depended on the amount of investment in agricultural resources,but also on the degree of access to modern technology and information.However,there are still "quasi-blank" phenomena and"marginalization" phenomena of rural informationization in China's agriculture on the Internet.Agricultural industrialization is not high,the information network system is not perfect,there is no information service intermediary organization,the grass-roots level is short of personnel who can actively and scientifically manage information,lack of large practical databases,poor practicability of information technology,and the agricultural information service system is not yet available.Although the fruit industry in China has developed rapidly in recent years,there are many problems in fruit planting and sales,such as poor product quality,low unit price,disjointed production and marketing,poor overall efficiency of orchard,and time-consuming and labornous orchard management.Therefore,in order to comply with the new wave of agricultural reform such as"Internet+ agriculture",we must develop modern orchard management,increase the application of mobile Internet in the agricultural industrial chain,and further promote the long-term development of the "Internet" information industry and traditional industries in rural areas.After studying the background of agriculture in China,this paper designs an orchard management system under the background of "Internet plus",which can greatly improve the management efficiency of fruits,and effectively solve the problem of poor quality,low unit price and disconnection between production and marketing from the management level.This system provides a series of management schemes from the orchard planting to sales.This system takes NET as the programming platform,uses advanced Windows 10 as the operating system,and C/S as the network mode;takes Microsoft Visual Studio 2016 as the system development tool;uses concise and efficient C#as the programming language;and uses SQL Server 2014 as the background database management system.The system is suitable for government environmental monitoring departments and fruit growers.It is helpful for better management of orchards and restoration of degraded land by means of information-based green production.The development of this system will enable Internet + technology to be widely applied in the fruit industry chain,so that the industry will be fully informationalized,intelligent and precise in the aspects of production,sale and management.It will enhance the scale of the operation of the electronic commerce team,improve the efficiency of the operation and management of the electric business,promote the market development of fruit products,and promote the green development of fruit industry,in the fruit production and planting stage.Improve the level of information technology,effectively control the use of agricultural fertilizer,improve the quality of fruit products,reduce the investment cost of fruit farmers,further improve the production capacity of fruit trees,provide a platform for improving farmers'livelihoods and strengthening the management of degraded land,and lead the rural fruit industry towards internationalization,standardization and organic direction.
