| T The transfer of forest rights is an important part of deepening the reform of collective forest rights system.In order to strengthen and standardize the transfer of forest rights,the forest rights trading market came into being.The forest tenure trading market,as a place for forest rights trading,mainly includes the forest rights trading center and the on-site trading market.As a trading platform for forestry rights trading,forest rights information release,forest resource assessment and other functions,Forest Rights Trading Center not only promotes moderate scale operation of forestry,but also provides trading way and comprehensive services for forest rights trading,but the issue about whether each type of trading market have different impacts on the forestry trading price in not conclusive yet.This research is based on the data collection and sorting of forest tenure management system and harvesting management system in four counties(cities)of Suichang,Qingyuan,Songyang and Longquan,Zhejiang Province,and obtained 1739 turnover years from 2007 to 2017.5 years of forest rights circulation sample.Using multiple linear regression and propensity score matching method to analyze the impact of different trading markets on forest property circulation prices。Then the nearest neighbor matching method and the nuclear matching using the propensity score matching method are used to match the samples with the purpose for further analyzing the transaction price of the forest rights.Impact.The study found that the flows of state-owned and collectively-owned forest ownership are large in scale,mainly in trading centers,while forestry rights transfers are all on-site transactions.Without considering the difference in transaction costs,after the matching process,the transaction price of the trading center is 12.35 thousand yuan/ha higher in terms of area and 141 yuan/m3 higher in terms of price than the on-site transaction.The type of trading market has a significant impact on the circulation price.The results showing that the transaction cost of the forestry trading center and the on-site transaction are not much different.,the forestry trading center may be better able to obtain more benefits for the transferor.The control variables such as the circulation area and the unit area accumulation also have a significant positive impact on the forest tenure transfer price.According to the results of empirical analysis,we propose the following suggestions:increase publicity efforts to attract more small-scale forest farmers to participate in trading center transactions;simplify the procedures of forest rights trading centers,reduce costs;strengthen the construction of forest rights trading centers,and gradually market them;Strengthen tending management and improve the quality of forest. |
