| Moderate-scale operation can help optimize the allocation of land resources and increase labor productivity.The Central Government’s "No.1 Document" for several consecutive years pointed out that the development of various forms of moderate-scale operations is of great significance and value to the acceleration of agricultural modernization.Forestry as part of large agriculture,the state encourages the realization of moderate scale management of forest land through the transfer of forest land.However,in actual surveys,it has been found that the enthusiasm of farmers’ forest land transfer is not high,and the rate of forest land transfer is low.The circulation of woodland is restricted by various factors,which leads to the scale management of woodland.This paper attempts to examine the influence mechanism of the degree of cultivation of the service market and the degree of cultivation of the property rights market on the transfer of forest land from the perspective of market cultivation.Based on this,it proposes countermeasures and suggestions to promote moderate scale operations.This study is based on a theoretical model of behavioral decision making,using survey data from farmers in five provinces of Zhejiang,Jiangxi,Fujian,Sichuan,and Hunan,and using a binary logistic model to examine the degree and direction of the impact of market cultivation and location differences on forest land transfer behavior.Because the degree of cultivation of the service market and the degree of cultivation of the property right exchange market are not strictly independent,in order to further clarify the regulating role of various factors,an interactive term analysis of the variables of the degree of cultivation of the service market and the degree of cultivation of the property right transaction market is introduced,and then explored in different Differentiation characteristics of farmers’ woodland transfer behavior under the condition of location factors.The research conclusions found that:(1)the degree of cultivation of the service market inhibited the transfer of forest land by farmers,but effectively promoted the transfer of forest land by farmers;and the degree of cultivation of the property rights market significantly promoted the occurrence of transfer of forest land by farmers,regardless of the transfer of forest land The behavior is still the behavior of turning out the woodland.(2)The degree of cultivation of the service market is used as an adjustment item,which suppresses the influence of the degree of cultivation of the property right transaction market on the transfer of forest land by farmers,but significantly promotes the transfer of forest land by farmers.(3)Under the condition of different location factors,the influence of the cultivation degree of service market and the cultivation degree of property rights market on the transfer of forest land is different:For farmers who are far away from the county seat,their forest land transfer behavior will be more affected by the degree of cultivation of the service market;Of the rural households,their forest land transfer behavior is more susceptible to the degree of cultivation of the property right transaction market,and in particular,it significantly promotes the transfer of forest land.In view of the above research results,this paper proposes to cultivate and improve the external market environment of forestry,establish an effective platform for the transfer of forest land elements,and improve various types of forestry socialization service platforms;improve the intermediary services of property rights transactions,and improve the supervision and management policies of property rights transaction markets;Recommendations to guide circulation. |
