Forestry Production And Management Of Farmers In Xiangxi Area Of Hunan Province And Its Influencing Factors

After the state implemented the reform of collective forest right system,farmers became the main body of forestry production and management,and their forestry production and management behavior and influencing factors had a direct and important impact on forestry development and ecological civilization construction.The purpose of this paper is to explore the forestry production and management behavior of farmers in Xiangxi area of Hunan province and its influencing factors,so as to provide policy Suggestions for promoting farmers' participation in forestry production and management activities.This paper USES the data source for the state forestry administration "collective forest right system reform in 2017 in Hunan province monitoring" on-the-spot investigation project,on the basis of literature review,the forestry production and operation of farmers comb sample county of Hunan province basic situation,using SPSS20.0 multiple linear regression model is established,from the characteristics of farm households,characteristics of forestry farmers,forestry policy situation of three large 16 variables of farmers per unit area selected for forestry production and business operation funds influence factors analysis,conclusion found:Farmers per unit area of forestry production and business operation low capital investment,age,whether the village cadres,forestland area,we discuss area of household forestry area ratio,whether to whether attend insurance of forest and forestry related subsidies that six variables through significance test,the model has a significant impact,we discuss area of household forestry area ratio,whether to whether attend insurance of forest and forestry related subsidies play a negative impact.According to field survey data and makes an empirical analysis on the basis of this,the results of the empirical analysis with targeted Suggestions and countermeasures:encourage farmers to participate in technical education in rural areas,encourage the diversification of the forestry,the forest land circulation reasonable guidance,moderate open,perfect forestry subsidy system,intensify forestry subsidies,improve the system of forest insurance,increase the degree of network information.
