| The sand-fixing equipment laying straw-sand barriers is the most scientific and effective method in the desert environment control.People don’t have mature theoretical support,and mostly depend on experience during the process of developing equipment.Besides,there will be subject to seasonal and environmental constraints to carry out the field test of sand-fixing equipment.This paper aims to study the size of insert resistance、traction force and influence factors during the process of laying straw-sand barriers.Designing sand-tank test device complete the measurement of insertion resistance and traction force,and provide theoretical parameters for sand laying system and traction power system.The main research work and innovation are as follows.The parametric modeling is established,basing on the process of disc inserting straw.Analyzing the impact factor of each disc motion state,complete the parameter calculation and publicity derivation and establish the insertion resistance and traction force balance equation of different motion states.The mechanical structure and speed control system of the sand test-bed are designed.The structure of the test platform is mainly composed of disc knife,sand-tank,bracket,lifting slide rail device,force measuring device,driving device,etc.The driving device choose the stepping motor as power source,which can drive the lifting slide rail device moving in horizontal direction.The lifting slide rail device can adjust the insertion depth range of 100mm.The tension pressure sensor of the force measuring device is installed by articulated form,which can obtain test data.The parameters of the speed control system are calculated and the schematic diagram of the drive is designed,and the laying speed can be adjusted by adjusting the frequency of the stepping motor.The preparation and commissioning of the test were carried out,and the sand preparation,water content and density were measured.The sand-barrier material of straw is analyzed and quantified.Assembling test bed and debugging the speed control and measurement system,complete the initial measurement of different experimental factors and analyze the rationality of experimental results.Finally,this paper propose the test data processing method and the test scheme design.By single factor test and orthogonal test of sand inserting straw,analyze the range and significance of the test results.The laying speed have no effect on insertion resistance and traction force,but the insertion depth and thickness have significant impact on them.Finally,the paper obtain the two regression model between the insertion resistance,the traction force and the insertion depth and the laying thickness by regression analysis.Besides,the rationality and accuracy of the model are verified by experiments. |
