The desertification of the country is intensifying,and it is imperative to prevent desertification.The research team developed traction-type sand-fixing equipment,which realized the mechanized laying of sand barriers in sandy grassland and effectively prevented desertification.In this paper,the longitudinal feeding compound compound grass-inserting mechanism was designed,and the manufacturing was completed.The force analysis and sand trough test were carried out,and the insertion resistance and traction resistance were measured.The main research contents are as follows:The paper analyzes the movement state of the blade,analyzes the force of the straw,establishes the blade inserting model,establishes the mechanical balance equation of the insertion resistance and the traction resistance,and calculates the cutter slot when the theoretical state is calculated.Insert the value of resistance and traction resistance.The structural design and speed regulation design of the longitudinal feed-type compound grass-pressing mechanism mainly includes the cutter head,the frame,the inclination adjustment mechanism,the guide wheel expansion mechanism,etc.,and the longitudinal feeding mode is constructed by using the Creo2.0 three-dimensional modeling software.The virtual prototype model of the composite grass pressing mechanism;designing the speed control system,completing the design and selection of the motor and the reducer,and completing the driving schematic design,which can realize the adjustment of the laying speed in the test.Preparations and test plan design before the sand tank test were carried out.Before the test,the determination of the moisture content,density and firmness of the sand was completed.The straw was pre-treated,and the assembly equipment of the sand tank test bench was completed.The test plan was designed as a single factor test plan and an orthogonal test plan..Single factor test and orthogonal test of sand trough were carried out.In the case of the corrugated cutter disc,the disc cutter plus the guide wheel,the corrugated cutter disc and the guide wheel,the insertion resistance,the laying speed and the insertion depth are determined to affect the insertion resistance and the traction resistance,and the laying speed is measured.The change has little effect on the insertion resistance and traction resistance.The orthogonal experiment was carried out and the R language was used to obtain the regression model of insertion resistance and traction resistance in different cutterhead states with insertion depth,forward speed and lay thickness.
