Research On The Countermeasures For Improving Forest Tourism In Yabuli National Forest Park Based On Tourist Satisfaction

Forest tourism is a combination of ecological environment and social economy,and it is an important undertaking in the process of ecological civilization construction.With the vigorous development of China’s tourism industry,forest tourism has maintained relatively fast and better development as a branch of the tourism industry.However,in the rapid development of forest tourism,many problems become increasingly prominent.In recent years,due to the decrease in the satisfaction of tourists’ comprehensive experience,the number of tourists in forest tourism plummeted,which adversely affected the long-term development of forest tourism.Therefore,scientific and objective measures to evaluate the tourist satisfaction of fores t tourism can promote the continuous improvement and optimization of forest parks and other forest scenic spots,and better provide quality services for tourists.Yabuli National Forest Park as an important tourist attraction in Heilongjiang Province that is a Northland scenic tourist destination that combines two mountains of green mountains and world of ice and snow,Jinshan and Yinshan.It enjoyed a good reputation throughout the country,but due to factors such as resource factor endowment.This caused Yabuli to have the problem of “one season busy and three seasons idle” for many years.In recent years,despited the efforts of the government and related organizations,it has not solved the problem fundamentally although it has eased.Therefore,the research on the improvement of summer forest tourism in Yabuli National Forest Park can not only meet the material and spiritual needs of tourists,but also realize the balanced development of Yabuli tourism economy throughout the year from the perspective of tourist satisfaction.The article taked Yabuli National Forest Park as the research object,and based on the combing and field research of relevant literature at home and abroad,the Yabuli Forest Tourist Satisfaction Scale was designed and constructed,and 24 representative evaluation indicators were selected.Data were obtained through questionnaire survey and extracted by factor analysis.The six main factors of tourist satisfaction showed that tourists paid more attention to price factors.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to evaluate the satisfaction and overall situation of 24 factors.It was found that the overall satisfaction of Yabuli forest tourism was general,the forest tourism resource factor score was the highest,and the scenic condition facility factor score was the lowest.Finally,through the IPA analysis method,the analysis showed that the natural superiority zone,the indifferent preservation zone,the calm improvement zone and the key reform z one of Yabuli forest tourism were aimed at strengthening publicity,rebuilding tourism infrastructure,cultivating tourism practitioners,using innovative technology and enriching prices.In terms of level and environmental awareness,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions were put forward to improve the development of Yabuli forest tourism and promote d the sustainable development of Yabuli forest tourism.
