In the process of China’s rapid development of various tourism formats, based on the characteristics of plant landscape of suburban Forest Park because of the unique nature and the advantages of biological landscape in terms of air quality, recreational facilities, etc. are more and more visitors of all ages. But also a lack of research from the perspective of consumer satisfaction to consumers in suburban Forest Park Tourism. Variables of this study include:(1) factors tourist satisfaction, including products, services, prices, situational factors and personal factors five levels; (2) customer satisfaction; (3) customer loyalty. Through more than three dimensions, the first to explore the products, services, prices, situational factors and personal factors that affect customer satisfaction five face; secondly, the analysis of products, services, prices, situational factors and personal factors in five face Loyalty effects; On this basis, further validate the intrinsic relationship between tourist satisfaction and loyalty among tourists. During the investigation period the amount of the annual Cherry Blossom Festival 2014, for tourists to visit the Cherry Blossom Festival site survey, a total recovery of 425,21 parts by removing invalid questionnaires, a total recovery of 406 valid questionnaires, the effective rate of 90.2%.
