Environmental changes may affect the animal digestibility,fish as a variable temperature vertebrates are more easily affected by water temperature.This study was conducted to investigate the apparent digestibility(AD)of dry matter(DM),crude protein(CP),gross energy(GE),crude lipid(CL),total amino acid(TAA),essential amino acid(EAA),nonessential amino acid(NEAA)and mineral elements(Ca,P,Zn)in fish meal(FM),meat and bone meal(MBM),soybean meal(SBM),rapeseed meal(RSM),cottonseed meal(CSM),yeast extract fermentation(YEF)and peanut meal(PNM).This study was determined at different temperatures(25 ℃and 30℃)indicated by 0.05%Y2O3 for Megalobrama amblycephala.It contributes to the preparation of the precise formula under different temperatures,energy conservation and emissions reduction.It can provide important theoretical basis for fish feed design.The experiment included two chapters:1:Comparative study on apparent digestibility of seven feed protein ingredients at two temperatures for Megalobrama amblycephalaThis study was conducted to investigate the apparent digestibility(AD)of dry matter(DM),crude lipid(CL),gross energy(GE)and mineral elements(Ca,P,Zn)in fish meal(FM),meat and bone meal(MBM),soybean meal(SBM),rapeseed meal(RSM),cottonseed meal(CSM),yeast extract fermentation(YEF)and peanut meal(PNM)were determined at different temperatures(25℃and 30℃)indicated by 0.05%Y2O3 for Megalobrama amblycephala(34.38±2.16)g.The diets used in the feeding trial were consist of 70%basal diet and 30%test ingredients.Fish were fed three times daily in recirculation water systems aquariums for 4 weeks.The Megalobrama amblycephala were randomly divided into 16 groups,each temperature 8 groups,each group of 3 repeats,every repeat includes 20 fishes.The results showed that YEF had the highest apparent digestibility of DM,CL,GE,P,Zn.PNM had the highest apparent digestibility of Ca under the temperature of 30℃.There is no significant differences of the apparent digestibility of DM,CL,GE in FM,SBM and RSM(P>0.05).The apparent digestibility of P in YEF and SBM were significant higher than other protein ingredients(P<0.05);At 25℃,FM had the highest apparent digestibility of DM,CL,GE.YEF had the highest AD of P,SBM had the highest AD of Zn,PNM had the highest AD of Ca.There is no significant differences of the AD of DM and GE in YEF,SBM and RSM(P>0.05).Under two temperatures MBM showed the lowest apparent digestibility of DM,Ca,P and Zn.CSM showed the lowest apparent digestibility of GE.PNM showed the lowest apparent digestibility of CL.At different temperatures,the AD of DM and GE were YEF exist significant differences(P<0.05);the AD of CL was most of protein ingredients exist significant differences(P<0.05),and YEF,RSM,SBM,CSM exist very significant differences(P<0.01);the AD of Ca was CSM,RSM and YEF exist significant differences(P<0.05),and CSM,YEF exist very significant differences(P<0.01);the AD of P was most of protein ingredients exist significant differences(P<0.05),and CSM,YEF exist very significant differences(P<0.01);the AD of Zn was CSM,MBM,PNM and YEF exist significant differences(P<0.05),and CSM,MBM exist highest apparent digestibility of most of all the essential amino,but SBM showed the highest apparent digestibility of Arg.The apparent digestibility of FM,SBM,RSM,PNM were closed;At 25℃,the highest apparent digestibility of all protein ingredients are SBM,the apparent digestibility of FM was closed to SBM,YEF and PNM.MBM showed the lowest apparent digestibility of CP,TAA,EAA and NEAA under two temperatures.At different temperatures,the apparent digestibility of CP and essential amino acids were YEF exist significant differences(P<0.05),the AD of Met was FM exist significant differences(P<0.05),the AD of Arg and Thr were all protein ingredients exist significant differences(P<0.05),the AD of other EAA were YEF exist significant differences(P<0.05),and the AD of Phe was YEF exist very significant differences(P<0.01).InIn conclusion,the apparent digestibility of nutrients in test protein ingredients were different for Megalobrama amblycephala at different temperatures.At 25 ℃,the apparent digestibility of DM,GE,CL in fish meal were higher than other protein ingredients.The apparent digestibility of nutrients in soybean meal were good.So FM and SBM can be used as a high quality fish feed ingredient.At 30℃,the apparent digestibility of nutrients,mineral elements(P,Zn)in YEF were higher than others.It can be used as a high quality fish feed ingredient.Under two temperatures,MBM showed the lowest apparent digestibility of CP,DM,AA,P and Zn.The apparent digestibility of GE in CSM,the apparent digestibility of CL in PNM were lower than others.So they should be used a little when we design the fish feed.
