| The study was evaluated the effects of the replacement of fish meal by meat and bone meal (MBM) in the diets on survival, growth performance, carcass composition, digestion enzyme activity and plasma variables of blunt snout, Megalobrama amblycephala Yi. Each group of diets was added crystal Met and Lys to reach the similar content of Lys and Met of diets compare with control diets.750Megalobrama amblycephala were analyzed in this experiment are health and specifications similar (average body weight7.47g). All fish were divided into5groups randomly and each group was consisted of triplicate cages. The experimental diets included0%,10%,20%,30%and40%MBM iso-nitrogenous replacement of fishmeal respectively. The diets were fed to juvenile Megalobrama amblycephala for10weeks. During the feeding trial, quality of pool water, recording food in take, and removing the faces. All fish were come from Nanwan Reservior. The results showed that:1.No significant difference of suvival rate (SR) in all groups (P>0.05) was observed, and each group was above90%. The WG decreased linearly with the increasing content of MBM (P<0.05). However, the10%replacement level with no significant difference between the0%groups (P>0.05).VSI and HIS increased with the MBM content decreased significantly,0%alternative group VSI and HIS was significantly higher than the other groups (P<0.05).2.There was no significant difference on carass moisture and crude protein for fish fed with different content of MBM (P>0.05). Crude ash and phosphorus were linearly increased significantly with the increased of dietary MBM content (P<0.05). Crude fat was decreased with the increasing of dietary MBM content (P<0.05). In this experiment,17amino acids were detected.Asp, Thr, Ser, Glu, Pro, Gly, Ala, Val, Ile, Leu, Met, Tyr, Phe, Arg, His and Lys increased with the increasing of MBM content except Cys. Total animo aci and Flavor Amino Acids content of albus body decreased with increasing of MBM replacement of fishmeal significantly (P<0.05).3.There were21kinds of fatty acid were dectected, saturated fatty acid has6,including C14:0, C15:0, C16:0, C17:0, C18:0, C20:0. With increasing levels of meat and bone meal instead of fishmeal, the C16:0, C18:0, C14:0content in muscle of Megalobrama amblycephala were increasing (P<0.05). Detection of monounsaturated fatty acids6,they were C15:1, C16:1, C17:1:C18:1n-9, C20:1n-9, C22:1n-9, C24:1. Polyunsaturated fatty acids8, they were C18:2n-6,C18:3n-3, C18:3n-6, C20:3n-6, C20:4n-6, C20:5n-3, C22:2, C22:6n-3. In group I, C18:2n-6,C18:3n-3, C18:3n-6, C20:3n-6, C20:4n-6, C22:6n-3Content were significantly higher than other groups, With the increase of meat and bone meal replacement level, its content decreases. With increasing levels of meat and bone meal instead of fishmeal, saturated fatty acids in muscle increased, a significant difference between all groups (P<0.05). Monounsaturated fatty acid content of the sum, the content of polyunsaturated fatty acids and unsaturated fatty acid content in sum sum gradually reduced, a significant difference between groups (P<0.05).4. Different meat and bone meal replacement level of Megalobrama amblycephala Intestinal amylase activity had no significant effect (P>0.05). With the increase of meat and bone meal content the Intestinal Trypsin and Lipase activity decreased significantly (P<0.05). MBM content in feed were sigificantly influence on the protein, fat metabolism indexes. With the replacement of MBM increased, GPT〠GOTã€AAã€TGã€BUNã€Gluã€CHOL decreased significantly(P<0.05). |
