Research On Students' Agricultural Entrepreneurial Intention Factors And Countermeasures Of Agricultural Vocational Colleges In Jiangsu Province

As a large country in population,agriculture is an important basis for China's economic development,social stability and national security.With the construction of new rural areas in full swing,the phenomenon of lacking talents has become increasingly prominent.And very few students work in rural areas or on agricultural business after graduation.In recent years,the speed of urbanization has been significantly accelerated.A large number of rural labor has crowded into the town,which causes that farmers become fewer and fewer.With the aggravation of the aging of the rural labor force,the agricultural practitioners gradually show a state of feminization,aging and low culturalization of the employees.To encourage college students to carry out agricultural entrepreneurship activities can effectively improve this phenomenon and combine the shortage of agricultural talents with college students' employment difficulty.Through establishing a scientific policy,government can encourage and guide students play a skill on the new rural construction stage.As an important source of China's agricultural talents output,how to train a number of talents needed by rural economic development is particularly important for agricultural vocational colleges.How to stimulate the enthusiasm of agricultural vocational college students to actively participate in agricultural entrepreneurship and improve their willingness has become a problem which is in dire need of solution.Encouraging college students to start their agricultural venture,not only can broaden the channels of employment and ease the pressure of employment,but also promote the development of China's agricultural modernization,promote rural economic growth,and provide assistance for the new rural construction.This paper will adopt questionnaires and interviews to survey the entrepreneurial willingness of students in agricultural vocational colleges in Jiangsu Province and the graduates who have started in the field of agriculture.Through concrete examples,this paper analyzes the factors that affect those students'entrepreneurial willingness in agriculture.Under the present situation of lacking agricultural talents,this paper aims to provide scientific basis and decision-making reference for guide college students to join the agricultural modernization construction.This paper first introduces the entrepreneurial environment of agricultural vocational college students and the current characteristics of their agricultural entrepreneurship,and then expounds the policy environment of their agricultural entrepreneurship.On the basis of relevant theories,it discusses the significance of the study of those students'entrepreneurial willingness in agriculture.Secondly,this paper conduct an investigation on students in agricultural vocational colleges in Jiangsu Province and the graduates who have started in the field of agriculture from the perspectives of agricultural entrepreneurial willingness,agricultural entrepreneurial preparation,agricultural entrepreneurial cognization,and agricultural entrepreneurial environment,and analyzes whether those factors have influence on those two kinds of students and the degree of influence.Furthermore,it analyzes the impact of individual factors,entrepreneurial environment factors and risk factors on those students.Finally,the paper puts forward some countermeasures in view of the actual situation of employment and entrepreneurship of agricultural vocational colleges in Jiangsu Province.
