| at present, the flow of the talent cultivation in local higher vocational colleges is not able to dock with the needs of regional economic and social development closely. There exists the contradiction between the structural unemployment in higher vocational graduates and the shortage of rural professional and technical personnel, with the core cause lying in the errors occurring in talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges, and the training of talents’not being able to find the accurate society and market positioning.This thesis, insisting on the principle of "From practice, to practice",based on such theories as the system engineering theory, vocational education, human resource theory, the socialization of higher education, by the extensive literature reference and analysis, has finished some in-depth researches on the present situation of agricultural talent cultivation in several higher vocational colleges such as in western,southern and western Hunan, and has summed up and refined some experience of vocational agricultural professional talent training. It expounds the problems existing in the current talent cultivation especially the agricultural engineering in higher vocational college from the aspects of the government, the administrative department of education, higher vocational colleges, students, enterprises as well as rural economic and social development situation, and some relevant innovation measures are put forward as well.Main innovation path includes:making clear the vocational agricultural professional talent training goal; secondly, deepening teaching reform, strengthening the practical skills’training; strengthening the construction of teaching staff; optimizing the major setting and course system; strengthening the construction of experimental training base; strengthening the construction of multiple type teaching quality monitoring and evaluation system; optimizing the running environment of agricultural professional talent training in vocational colleges. |
