The efficiency of the harvester is related to the income of farmers and the quality of agricultural machinery.It plays an important role in improving the level of agricultural mechanization and the development of modern agriculture.The field efficiency of the harvester is affected by many constraints,such as the geometry of the plot,the experience of the manipulator,the type of the harvester,the planting pattern and the operation behavior.Different from North China and large farms,small plots compact planting mode is a typical feature of southern China's agriculture,under the system to small harvester operations,harvester cross area operation is a common phenomenon.The present study for Southern agricultural machinery are mainly based on single factor effect on the harvester operation,such as the impact of land fragmentation on the development of agricultural mechanization,block size and shape and the efficiency of the relationship,there is no clear definition of the South Chinese small block,a small amount of small plots of farmland characteristics,mechanical behavior,combined harvesters analysis of fine system,however,precise analysis of mechanical behavior of the land system is more conducive to the optimization of harvesting combine and field work,reduce the damage of soil.This study selected Jiangsu Province on behalf of the South China region,with rice and wheat harvester behavior as the research object,from the land features,operation mode,block and mechanical harvester with aspects of research on the influence of the southern land characteristics and field efficiency of the harvester system.In order to explore the definition and characteristics of the "small plot",this paper presents a more detailed investigation and data processing methods of small agricultural land.By field investigation,geographical indicators were collected in Jiangsu province in Nanjing,Changzhou,Yancheng and other regions of 143 pieces of land,combined with the status quo of China farmland,into the area,the ratio of length to width,shape index SI,AFF,R and other five indicators to evaluate the characteristics of farmland,and independent preparation of the Matlab program on land feature geometry the index is calculated,the size and shape of a more precise description of the plot.The results show that most of the surveyed land area is located in 0?0.2 hectares,and the ratio of length to width is 2:1 and 3:1,and most of them are close to the rectangle.According to the survey results,the land area of 0.12 hectares,the ratio of length to width of 2:1,SI of 1.34,AFF of 0.6,R of 0.75 farmland is the most consistent with the typical characteristics of the land in the south of the land mass of the land.In order to study the effect of farmland geographic features on the efficiency and efficacy of harvester field investigation,field harvesting behavior this study focused on the harvester,measured by GPS meter,Mu zero V version of UAV aerial photography,and stopwatch tools such as harvester harvest field behavior test.The results showed that the field efficiency of harvester was greatly affected by the plot area,which was less affected by the shape of the plot.The plot area and shape index AFF had a positive effect on the efficiency and effectiveness of the harvester.The shape index SI and the rectangular R had a negative effect on the efficiency and effectiveness of the harvester.The efficiency and efficacy of harvester field was further studied,according to the field survey results of field round mode harvest harvester.From the two aspects of turns,harvester harvest field path simulation in a typical southern land standard,differences in hunting harvesting model and model comparison of harvester harvest around traditional.The test results demonstrate the rationality of farmland around a small harvester in southern harvest mode,explains the superiority of the round harvesting mode exists in the field in small plots under the condition theoretically.At the end of the study the systematic economic analysis of the current situation of the southern land,Chinese farmland fragmentation,compared the difference and meaning of Chinese and foreign corners,illustrates the formation of internal Chinese compact planting system,and from the harvester field work behavior on soil compaction,paddy soil and crop rotation,buried grass,straw mulch and no tillage system.The South was analyzed and compared the advantages and disadvantages of small plot system.The research explores the Chinese Southern characteristics and field efficiency of farmland harvester influence mechanism to put forward specific implementation plan improvements in the harvester optimization,field operation mode of the harvester,to further improve the efficiency of field operation,combine the optimization of the land reform program and put forward reasonable suggestions.
